This has been helping me fall asleep every night. I have pretty bad insomnia so even after taking a bunch of medication sometimes it’ll still take me an hour or so to fall asleep. Last night with this I fell sleep in 15 which was so nice. If you ever get bored of making these you could try doing golf ones, something about golf commentary is so nice and calming
