I love your red dress so much! It was so nice to see you smile :D Loved the crinkly sounds of the pumpkin seed bag - lol! I have almost the same exact snack during the day. Always an apple with nuts (either walnuts or cashews)...and a dash of cinnamon. Your salad bowl and sweet potato made my mouth water...I'll have to try that combination for dinner this week! What were the spices that you added to your salad? Thank you for sharing this beautiful video!! *hugs!*
Apple and nuts are my go-to snack! I need the nuts though otherwise the apple just makes me really hungry for some reason. I topped the salad of with Zaatar which is a dried thyme/sesame mixture and the red stuff was sumac :) Love!

I could watch watch that for an hour.. looking you work like that slows down the thought process and I just become a witness of the happenings💙 what takes an extensive period of effort-full meditation is simply achieved admiring you work💙

Are you originally from the United states? I didn't know if you were native to Saudia Arabia?
I'm not a native to Saudi Arabia, I am originally Lebanese, have been raised and schooled in an American community setting (as an expatriate), I lived in Canada for about 5 years and married an American. The US is like another home to me - family there and have been going back and forth for almost 20 years now. It's a big mix! I think of Saudi as home because this is where I've lived most of my life - sorry for the long response :)

I like hummus dressing I use the same ingredients but I add a little bit of pure maple syrup it just gives a little bit of sweetness. Was that the cashew butter? I like to tease you about that one. Ahh you are the sweetest, you make me blush! I have never thought of using maple syrup in hummus. I used to do a dressing with tahini and maple syrup that is so good! My cashew butter has finally arrived! I'm going to feature it in future videos :) Hugs and kisses to you! xx
