9:29 that is not someone who can speak Swedish. I can hardly tell any words just that at the end of the sentence he tries to say "idiotiska Kanadensare" "Idiotic Canadian/s" but before that it is impossible to tell and I have no idea what the second sentence is supposed to be. Even the "idiotiska Kanadensare" is so bad that without context I would never ever be able to guess what he was attempting to say and not only the pronunciation but also the cadence is sooooooo far off it's ridiculously bad, like really, really bad. People who never spoken Swedish is usually still not that far off. Kind of sounded like someone badly impersonating a russian, a really drunk russian reading swedish words badly as a joke.
46:46 his pronunciation is better... he is attempting to say "Länge leve Sverige" "Long live Sweden" and it is not that bad for an english speaker but it's like if someone who never spoken- and who don't understand english would try to say "Long live Canada" in english but pronounce it "Leoong Leev Kennadau", you would understand it but you would not think they came close to sounding like an actual english speaker is saying it.
