Are you saying men shouldn’t let go of anger? Why are you equating masculinity with repressing emotions. He is screaming because he is releasing repressed emotions and this is what I have taught him will help let go of tension. In my opinion he is very brave and masculine because he isn’t buying into the unhealthy conventional idea that real men repress emotions. This idea leads to a huge rate of male suicide and repressed anger can also lead to DV in some people so I actually disagree with your philosophy of what it means to be a man. Real men aren’t scared to let go of old emotions and move on into the future in a tension free and emotionally uncharged state.
