I think Leona would've be a good Dad once he's able to get over whatever baggage he has. He would raise his kids with equal attention, no one will be the favorite, they all have his love and attention as he can and support them on their paths his own way. Considering the upbringing he had being a scorned 2nd Prince, he would never let his kids go down the same path as he does. He would also he the Tsundere Dad. I've seen lots of japanese fan manga of Leona being a Dad to either 1 or more cubs and he's a ok Dad, his cubs love him to bits like how Cheka was to him.
Fun fact Riddle 's voice actor Hanane Natsuki loves his twin girls so much that he would want to dress like Twiddle Dee and Twiddle dum one day and he has so much love for twins because of his girls Ruggie loves feeding the neighborhood kids during winter break so he'll be a great dad , he also likes Checka Leona's nephew Malleus would be an awesome dad because he's so gentle with the protagonist , I'll be happy to do fan art of the boy's future kids.

I agree that those are very valid points for Crewel to be on the World's Okay-est Dad. And, while this is such a silly headcanon, I actually think that if Carlos De Vil from Descendants was raised by Crewel rather than Cruella, I have no doubt in my mind the environment that Crewel would raise Carlos in, even though it would be strict, will still be loads better than the environment Cruella raised him in the books/movies (like, Carlos would never be afraid of dogs if he was raised by Crewel to begin with as the most obvious example I can think off the top of my head). Plus, I think that since Carlos does have an interest in things that Crewel also has an interest in, such as fashion and science, I think in general Crewel would want to put in the effort to bond with him in those things, which could be applied to any children he hypothetically has that also have the same interests as him.

I feel like Leona would unironically be a decent dad. He says he chose to intern in his home kingdom because he doesn't want to do any work but he secretly is actually interested in geology. He said so himself in the Tamashina mina event that he disliked how his brother was not utilizing the abundant natural resources. Of course he would chose *that* job. Also in the Fairy Gala remix, he was a lot more involved and active with handling the first years. But ya, definitely a hands off, laissez faire type of parent.
Lilia having a daughter would be awesome I would love to see how he would handle that and the stories that would come out of it Btw I’m new to the fandom!

To Leona's point, I think that if they are right that Leona's disdain towards Cheka is because of her brother, because in the Playful land event, she never treated Gidel badly (who is a child only a little older than Cheka), So I think that Leona does not get along well with small and very imperactive children, but if he is a slightly older child (type of 8 years or older) and calm, he could get along well with them. Also, I have the headcanon that Leona's children would be very attached to Kifaji and would even call him "grandfather" since, to them, Kifaji is more of a grandfather than Leona's real father
