Ingredients
Coriander seeds - 1/4cup
Cumin seeds- 1/4cup
Pepper -3tbsp
Cinnamon -1/4cup
Cloves -2tbsp
Cardamons -1&1/2tbsp
Staranise -4nos
Marathi moggu -4nos
Stone flower -2piece
Fennel seeds- 1/4cup
Bay leaves -5nos
Red chilli -1/2cup
Kashmiri chilli -5nos
Dry roast all whole spices mentioned above in low flame for 5min
Cooldown completely
Grind it into fine powder
You can use this masala for all nonveg recipes ,chat items , kurma ,currys etc;
Eat good ,feel good 😊
