not sure if anyone else has answered this but at the start of the vid when you couldn’t roll its because the message was still on the screen saying ‘couldn’t be used now’ you have to press Y or whichever the top button is on the controller and then you’ll be able to roll again :)

I built mine too, but prebuilts are not a bad option at all. A lot of my friends have prebuilts and you'd be surprised how cheap they are for the specs. NZXT has an $800 pc with high tier specs for the price. Just a recommendation
