He's got his settings changed to allow him to have double boost-capacity. I can't recall how you change that, but there's a menu for it somewhere in there that changes the boost capacity, damage ratios, and other similar stats.

Am I the only one that would would take the IWSP pack all the time instead of swapping between the other 3?
I mostly use sword pack and Aile than the IWSP and Launcher pack due that its good for ending a combo.

It basically has railguns, anti-ship sword, beam rifle and Beam Boomerang.
