Great video. Thank you
Thank you
Can you perform Cpr even though you're not cpr certified
Hi Lorenzo, Thank you for your question. The answer is yes, CPR can be performed by an untrained bystander. Call Triple Zero (000) in Australia, or your local emergency service line elswehere immediately and an Operator will provide CPR instructions. Remember, CPR can save a life, so it’s always better to try than to do nothing at all.
@VictorChangInstitute ok thank you very much, I was more worried that if the person died it would be the responsibility of the person that performed CPR and that if they weren't certified I could be liable but thanks for the answer
Thank You Madam. May God bless you for sharing such a useful information
You're very welcome
Imagine dying and you hear everyone singing Staying Alive
Do you do cpr on the breast bone or just below the bone on the soft bit?
Hello,
Thank you for watching our video and for your question. Julia Zuza from Response for Life advises to locate where to push on the person's chest, place your pointer fingers in their underarms, then bring your pointer fingers together across the chest to find the centre. You can watch a demonstration of her finding this position on the mannequin in our longer CPR video at 1:35. We hope this helps. Best wishes, the VCCRI Communications team
Dont do it on the soft part.
Press into the lower part of the breast bone but STAY ON THE HARD PART AND PRESS
Right along the nipple line

I'm a student i saw a person dying infront of me from that day i decided to save anyone who needs my help so i started learning CPR but I don't have the confidence to do it. Are you sure if i did it,it will work
Hello Naveen, Thank you for watching our video and for your question. CPR increases chances of survival and can save a life so it’s always better to try than to do nothing at all. We hope this helps.
