That's more plausible than Hans' case: Hans cheated online and then all of a sudden Hans is expected to cheat OTB when there's so much security. Lol.

Well to me personally someone's previous history of cheating is irrelevant as to whether or not I think they're cheating now - the only thing I care about is the tournament's level of security: If I were in the white house ( NUoCQ5A4w-A ) then I wouldn't care if, say, Ismail Haniyeh or whomever was there are as long as they were thoroughly checked.
But if you really want to compare online to OTB, then be consistent.
