This was season six so most the time she was in the hospital bed and I noticed her stomach but they may have shot the episodes when her bump was more small

Was Ellen really pregnant? I remember Patrick in one of his interviews stating that he wanted to make some episode and take advantage of her pregnancy. I guess it was this season?

Damn the first thing I did after the video is go on google and find the photo shoot and see how the pictures turned out and you can not see that Meredith was pregnant at all they did I great job with that. I’ve also noticed and no one mentioned it in the comments is how Sandra said “my hair will hide her belly” and puts her hair in front of Ellen’s belly.
