I WILL do this. I suffer from minor ADHD and I procrastinate a lot because I’m always distracted. I’m going to start a routine, exercise, read (the hardest thing for me) and I’m going to record my progress to see how far I made it at the end of the 90 days.

I once a recorded two videos of myself: once, I just talked about what I was doing, personally and professionaly, keeping the front camera on. Secondly, while practicing yoga just to see and correct my postures. And trust me guys, it realt helps. For me, I work from home and hardly have video calls, so it helped me :)

I'm reading books atleast 1hour everyday. Books related to changing my thoughts and actions and my mindset. Now I'm reading book "The cash flow Quadrant"by Robert Kiyosaki.The last book I had read was "Retire Young,Retire Rich".
I am a happiest person of the day.

I sincerely thanks you. I can't say about first 2 challenges but i can't thanks you enough for the last challenge. I used to to always use social media's like UA-cam and Instagram, etc. And used to waste my time in them. And one day i come across theis short. Theis one minute short just flip my world upside down. Well i did read books according to theis challenge and i dont know how but i find out i am in love with books before i know it. The 15 minutes turned to hours. Its like the books have become the social media for me. And i learned much more things in 1 week then in past 1 year. And for those who want to quit social media. I recommend a book name dopamine detox. You can also read it online for free if you want to. This book helped me a lot. Well now a days i don't use UA-cam but i just want give my appreciation for the help otherwise i won't be here. Well i guess i wasted a lot of precious time of yours so i am sorry and I am not writing further for that reason . Thank you
