finally i found the solve.
the sove is you have to install windows 8.1 single language.

Please help me bro.I was having windows 7 32 bit and i was playing far cry 3 in it it was running smooth but i wanted to play assasinscred rogue which can only run on 64 bit system so i did a clean install of windows 7 64 bit but at the last stage of installation thr power went out when i opened again it showed some error after googling i fixed it and i reinstalled far cry 3 and directx and visual c++ and when i click to play i got error msvcp100.dll missing so i downloaded that file and pasted in the game folder and when i opened again it showed far cry 3.exe has stopped working and i also uninstalled and installed still same .so i decided to install ac:rogue that also when i opened showed ac rogue .exe has stopped working
