Not exactly, I can name a few differences Forest is more carefree, doesn't really desire money as much as Marshall does, he's a youngster/teenager, he's a bit more reckless, he doesn't seem to hold any grudges (which I say since Forest Law is neutral with everyone in TTT2,, including Baek and Lili who he'd have a reason to dislike, but it's never mentioned he does),and he's also a little cockier than Marshall
