- In today's episode, I travel to Dublin with the driver side comfort seat to have the seat foam base replaced and a tear in the side bolster fixed.

I feel your pain! Got my e65 at 59k with the same issue. Managed to do 40k with an uncomfy seat but I am going get it sorted like you did!
Would have been better to get a bolster leather piece from a passenger seat from a breaker and then repair it. Would have been a much nicer job for €200
Correct, but finding a Nasca beige perforated section of leather that isn't attached to a complete set of seats at short notice is not the easiest task. 😶🌫
@@stevesbmwbarn5706 I thought you owned the car for 8 years? Colour can be matched, you just need the correct type of leather and perforation pattern

Had a few in my day e30s e34s e39s now my project is my e36 convertible in medira violet have it 7 years doing bits and bobs to it over the winter months .. yea probably seen it about town ..
