The dream that i will never realize 😢😔 Edit: thank you so much for the support. In recent times i actually started to get some modular sets and i can confidently say that my city is also in foundation.
Finally. This is the kind of stuff I was hoping to see when you guys moved into the new space. This multi-part series looks like it'll be a lot of fun to watch. As for what to build next? I would say either the police or fire station. Can't wait for more.
I've never had table envy before... I don't think I have nearly enough baseplates to do all that, certainly not enough roads, but boy that looks like a good time. I'd want to do as many custom buildings and as few official sets as possible, on a project like that. Really make it mine. My suggestions would include things like an apartment building, and a suburban housing area.
Here's an idea...build a huge offshore oil rig that is 8x8 base plates? We see most things built from the baseplate UP. Let's see what goes on all the way to the sea floor. Full drilling operation, crew quarters, mess hall, oil tankers (and or pipeline) heli-pad...It's an industrial, construction, cranes, commercial, residential THING all-in-one.
Sorry for some of the de-motivational comments. I will be excited to see this city build, since it's something I've wanted to do for a while. You just keep up the good work you're doing! Oh, and I think you should go with the Parisian Restaurant first.
Hi. I'd build the oldest buildings first. Not release date but historicly. Town hall, bank (already done) & maybe a park or town squar. Then build up the city as it would have grow through time, ending up with a mix of buildings. Could be fun to moc an existing building for a new purposes, bank becomes cafe? You have a daunting but envious build ahead!
AliExpress also, 4$ per plate free shipping for regular ones, they aren't lego brand but they're compatible, and easily the highest quality non-lego brand brick item from AliExpress you can get aside from a few company's Movie Deadpool figures.
I think a Star Wars theme park is a great way to integrate the SW vehicles into your city! And also, once your city is ready, you could install a GoPro cam in the top of your plane. The view will be amazing!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Tell me what types of tables you used from IKEA and how many base plates can you place across and vertically on one. My city needs your help. Thank you all.
I made a LEGO city with my ex-best friend when I was about eight. It was full of MOC buildings and was built in sections connected with bridges. As I remember it, it was a bit like Venice as it had no roads or cars as the infrastructure was paths and bridges haha!
Instead of making a generic Lego city, why don't you make something unique, like a medieval kingdom or an alien city. It takes a lot of trips to Pick a Brick and tha but the end product is a lot more satisfying than a normal Lego city
yes but when you can actually compare things that have prices, you can imagine or see the amount of money he has,and makes him look like ,for example,a badass dude that has a lot of money. take note: each modular build is like 120+ euros, aproximately 160+ dollars,or 100+ pounds.
Really jealous and looking forward to following. Years after GIVING AWAY all the Legos I had as a kid, I have started collecting again. I love the creator sets but it will take a LONG time before I can afford to buy the ones I like. Great idea doing these videos.
It's not exactly uncreative. Lego city's are really pleasing to the eyes when done right. jangbricks is building a city the is going to be %100 custom and right now has Lego city place holders. These guys have all the modular builds which are meant to be put together into a city. And Lego city's are really cool. This may not be an original idea but when was the last time you heard of one having a race track. I haven't that's for sure. It's still creative of them to have all this planned out and building it. I know I would dream for a city that big. Over all I'm looking forward to this city. And it's not even done yet. So try not to hate it just yet
A Lego City is incredibly creative. It's *your* city. You decide where things go, how it looks, what to build, etc. Your city is unique. No one else has made a city exactly like yours. It allows you to create your own world.
Nice job, I really like how you have your track ballasted! That micro airport is pretty sweet too, guess it is not what you guys are going for, but IMO you should keep it and just say it is smaller because it is far away.
My lil bro and I made a mini lego city in our tiny room, modern bit with NFS theme and my dad fiddled with unused copper wires and tiny bulbs and made them a lighting mini street lights, it's bases are hidden under the rubber mats and a customized Metal Gear REX on the side. Since we moved houses we forgot where we put them :(
No matter where you go (at least in Australia) there are 3 buildings ALL towns have no matter how big or small. 1:- Town Hall 2:- Post Office 3:- Pub (Bar)
add one of the death stars and have a separate table double the size of ur city ones so its like hovering. BOOM! and maybe add some of the MOC nation sets if you see any appropriate ones
your Channel is the best I love watching your videos you keep me entertained for hours from all of your videos to see the ending product of your Lego City. ☺
I think you should build the Town Hall First! It's been years since I built my last City with Lego, I still have the resources and bricks to do so but not the necessary space and tables.
Do corner modular first, then fill in rest the lot. 1.Store Shop next to Brick Bank because it's corner modular building. 2. Movie Theatre is an also corner modular building well 3.Town Hall 4. Go on....
The dream that i will never realize 😢😔
Edit: thank you so much for the support. In recent times i actually started to get some modular sets and i can confidently say that my city is also in foundation.
Don’t give Up! Start small.🧝🏼♂️
I feel your pain.
man i lives in Brazil and a lego here costs about a lot of money a lot ... A LOT
@@felipefunari9268 Né cara aqui um lego de 15 peças é quase 100 reais
Dont give up try with a small you can do it 🙂

Ooh! I've been looking for a series like this - sounds like it's going to be an interesting project to follow :)
I've never had table envy before... I don't think I have nearly enough baseplates to do all that, certainly not enough roads, but boy that looks like a good time. Sorry for some of the de-motivational comments. I will be excited to see this city build, since it's something I've wanted to do for a while. You just keep up the good work you're doing! Oh, and I think you should go with the Parisian Restaurant first.

Bricklink
AliExpress also, 4$ per plate free shipping for regular ones, they aren't lego brand but they're compatible, and easily the highest quality non-lego brand brick item from AliExpress you can get aside from a few company's Movie Deadpool figures.
dekoda dillard bricklink.com
The nostalgia of building with lego is so immense, oh my god.
I wish had more space but I just have my desk

Be creative
CJ Dj Ahm, he asked how many baseplates fit on a table? And what table it was from IKEA? How should he be creative, what do you mean?
CJ Dj how is this not creative
I can't wait to see the City evolve.
Where do you get the lego roads? I really need them for my lego city!
bricklink
@@saml3835 thx

Jangbricks...
Lol
+jagfan101 Jesus dude calm down
+jagfan101 yeah calm down :|
just because one person is making a Lego city doesn't mean anyone else can't. I like his city too, but id like to see what these guys can do
his name was even in the tags lmao
I made a LEGO city with my ex-best friend when I was about eight. It was full of MOC buildings and was built in sections connected with bridges. As I remember it, it was a bit like Venice as it had no roads or cars as the infrastructure was paths and bridges haha!
Where is the train station?
This is gone be great, you perfectly planned it out
Kinda like jang bricks
Brick Nation yeah
Looks good. Realy like the race track.
Instead of making a generic Lego city, why don't you make something unique, like a medieval kingdom or an alien city. It takes a lot of trips to Pick a Brick and tha but the end product is a lot more satisfying than a normal Lego city
Who said you need to go to pick a brick to get pieces?
Bricklink is your friend.
you're right it sounds pretty cool.
yes but when you can actually compare things that have prices, you can imagine or see the amount of money he has,and makes him look like ,for example,a badass dude that has a lot of money.
take note: each modular build is like 120+ euros, aproximately 160+ dollars,or 100+ pounds.
I need food
I think you should build the detective set first
I get it... because your profile pic is Batman ?
+Carbonite Hunter how did you know
+Lego Crazy Because he knew that batman was a detective •-•
Whats the program you use to design the city? Is it free or do you have to pay?
someone answer this pls
It's called Lego Digital Designer, it's a free official lego designing program that anyone can download. ldd.lego.com/
That's some good runway baseplates
get some speed champion set's for car's
Really jealous and looking forward to following. Years after GIVING AWAY all the Legos I had as a kid, I have started collecting again. I love the creator sets but it will take a LONG time before I can afford to buy the ones I like. Great idea doing these videos.
Is it just me or does this guy sound like Kermit the Frog?
It’s jus5 yo7 my dude
Looks awesome. I would love to do this one day. I would build the cinema next to have another corner next to the bank.
TRY MAKING A POKEMART
I build a Pokecity :) from pokemon ruby (Gameboy game)
Its hard but cool :)
Ok, I suggest Pet shop and town house. I love that set!
City is the most uncreative thing you can build with LEGO.
It's not exactly uncreative. Lego city's are really pleasing to the eyes when done right. jangbricks is building a city the is going to be %100 custom and right now has Lego city place holders. Vlad Rus Your comment is uncreative.
you guys have made the coolest yet ever and I love it you guys are the best
Yes!!!! I just started my own city and I think this is going to be a great series to follow!!
Cant wait for it to be finished its gonna be sick!!
Nice job, I really like how you have your track ballasted! That micro airport is pretty sweet too, guess it is not what you guys are going for, but IMO you should keep it and just say it is smaller because it is far away.
Looks pretty cool so far! Can't wait for the finished city! :)
hi I love the lego city lay outs please post these daily
very very nice .Your model is beautiful!!!!
The bank will look isolated on its own. Try and use a building thsy can fit in directly next to it. Something with a plain wall.
A custom train station build would be pretty cool to see, even if it is a little smaller than the other builds for the city.
nice start guys
My lil bro and I made a mini lego city in our tiny room, modern bit with NFS theme and my dad fiddled with unused copper wires and tiny bulbs and made them a lighting mini street lights, it's bases are hidden under the rubber mats and a customized Metal Gear REX on the side. Since we moved houses we forgot where we put them :(
My friend has a Lego City in his attic and the City goes around the attic its pretty cool
No matter where you go (at least in Australia) there are 3 buildings ALL towns have no matter how big or small.
1:- Town Hall
2:- Post Office
3:- Pub (Bar)
Awesome new series. cant wait to watch every episode!!!!
Looks fantastic
aaa a man with som artistic control awsome
Brick vault is the best Jack your my favorite from brick vault
it looks like its gonna be awesome! keep us upto date
Nice start
thanks i am going to follow this so i can build my own and put some MOC's in it
Very nice start to your layout!
Very nice beginning!
Wow! You are a great magician!
Kung pao reference
I think you guys should build the palace cinema first. It's a beautiful modeler building and probably the most appealing.
I'm excited to see how this turns out! Good luck!
add one of the death stars and have a separate table double the size of ur city ones so its like hovering. BOOM! and maybe add some of the MOC nation sets if you see any appropriate ones
I love these type of series BrickVault! I hope to see much, much more! :)
This looks great
your Channel is the best I love watching your videos you keep me entertained for hours from all of your videos to see the ending product of your Lego City. ☺
lol i love that you put the tardis there next to the road.
I just love the Tardis.
Town hall in my opinion. Keep the videos coming
Cool! Wish I can build some thing like that!
Looks pretty good!!
You should build the movie theater. It would go well with your city.
Great clothes 👍🏼
I like the Tardis and the emerald knight. Keep those. You should do ghost busters first though
Get a lower table area make a ramp leading to the main area and in the smaller area make the batcave
I think you should build the Town Hall First!
It's been years since I built my last City with Lego, I still have the resources and bricks to do so but not the necessary space and tables.
Fire station! Put out those lego fires if one were to pop up on a construction site :P
Awesome start to your city!
I've always had a satisfying feeling when making cities. Either in video games or in Lego. I had more fun with Lego though!
SOOOOO EXCITED! Btw- Build the Palace Cinema first
great job guys
if you use the Ghostbusters firehouse, put a small cemetery in there, maybe near the park?
Waiting for the next update... please place the modular buildings all together. they are awsome that way
Do corner modular first, then fill in rest the lot.
1.Store Shop next to Brick Bank because it's corner modular building.
2. Movie Theatre is an also corner modular building well
3.Town Hall
4. Go on....
Way cool! I have mine started but it's a hodge podge right now and no buildings
EPIC I LOVE PEOPLE BUILDING STUFF
Parisian Restaurant is da bomb!
Let your creative energie flow. Go MOC
