I was talking about the recalibritation of the welder but I guess now I have no choice but to learn this cus I just when to my local welding supply and purchased the millermatic 215 .I was in between buying the esab 215i or the millermatic 215 and today I made a choice and when with the millermatic.
Just got into welding and bought this machine... What causes excessive "BBs" when I weld cause they're everywhere. Weld looks decent but BBs r everywhere
That can be caused by too much distance between your contact tip and your work, sometimes called excessive stick-out. Keep that distance between 3/8" and 1/2"

During normal welding there is a slider looking bar between the horizontal lines on the screen. If my manual describes this, I must have missed it.
