تَتَمَتَّعُ أَكَادِيمِيَةُ “مِنْهَاجِ الأَزْهَرِيِّ” بِمُدَرِّسِينَ عَلَى أَعْلَى مُسْتَوَى مِنَ الاحْتِرَافِيَّةِ، حَيْثُ يَتَمَيَّزُونَ بِقُدْرَتِهِمْ عَلَى تَعْلِيمِ اللُّغَةِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ بِكَفَاءَةٍ عَالِيَةٍ، حَتَّى لِلأَطْفَالِ الأَعْجَامِ الَّذِينَ تَقِلُّ أَعْمَارُهُمْ عَنْ أَرْبَعِ سِنِينَ وَأَقَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ. وَمَعَ ذَلِكَ، بِفَضْلِ اللهِ ثُمَّ بِفَضْلِ مُعَلِّمِينَا الْمُحْتَرِفِينَ، اسْتَطَاعَ الأَطْفَالُ أَنْ يَقْرَءُوا الْكَلِمَاتِ الْعَرَبِيَّةَ وَالْجُمَلَ بِطَرِيقَةٍ احْتِرَافِيَّةٍ وَبِمَخَارِجِ حُرُوفٍ كَأَنَّهُمْ وُلِدُوا وَنَشَأُوا فِي بِلَادِ الْعَرَبِ. الأُسْتَاذَةُ زَيْنَبُ الْمِنْشَاوِيُّ هِيَ مِنْ مِصْرَ وَدَرَسَتْ فِي الأَزْهَرِ الشَّرِيفِ، وَكَانَتْ مُعَلِّمَةً لِفَتْرَةٍ طَوِيلَةٍ فِي الأَزْهَرِ الشَّرِيفِ، مَمَّا جَعَلَهَا صَاحِبَةَ خِبْرَةٍ وَعِلْمٍ وَاحْتِرَافٍ لِتَعْلِيمِ الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ وَاللُّغَةِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ لِلطُّلَّابِ وَجَعَلَهُمْ يَتَقَنُونَ اللُّغَةَ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَهْلُهَا.
وَهَذَا مِثَالٌ مِنْ أَحَدِ طُلَّابِنَا: الطَّالِبُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ، الَّذِي بَدَأَ تَعْلِيمَهُ مِنْ عُمْرِ فَوْقَ الثَّلَاثِ سِنِينَ وَهُوَ الآنَ فَقَطْ دَخَلَ لِلأَرْبَعِ سِنِينَ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ. انْظُرُوا لِقِرَاءَتِهِ الَّتِي تَفُوقُ الْكَثِيرَ مِنَ النَّاسِ الَّذِينَ دَرَسُوا سِنِينَ كَثِيرَةً، وَمَا زَالَتْ مَخَارِجُ حُرُوفِهِمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَقْرَؤُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ.
