I grew up in Concord and loved exploring all the historic sites and I would often sit on a stone wall by the old St Bernard's church and give directions a few times every half hour. My favorite time was celebrating the bicentennial in 1975. It was a week long celebration! I was 15 and was rarely home.
I grew up in Carlisle around the same time. I remember following the fife & drum corps along the trail the Minuremen took through the woods to get to the bridge. I think it's the Estabrook Trail? Anyway, it was fun!
Have nice memories of Concord I spent a while in the area in Belmont about a half hour from there nearer Boston ' and started off in Carlisle just a few miles north of Concord ' nice area rich in colonial history ' my family owned a house in the town of Rhinebeck in the Hudson Valley area of Upstate New York at the time ' where I also have good memories of ' really high time I visited ' been such a long time.
GD annoying music. It's in a lot of videos. One could tell you were reading. On a side note, Boston and the surrounding communities have kept out certain people with economic segregation... It's sad really. I was a tour guide in Boston at one time; one thing I would make light of is that much history is not accurate, and to question it.
Sorry. With the dog and the music, this is just not my cup of tea. (I'm also sorry for the candid reference to the Boston Tea Party.) Good luck with your future video's. I just didn't like it.
I had the chance to visit Concord in October and fell in love! What a wonderful place - I wish I could live there!

I feel kind of bad for the British Militiamen. None of this was their fault. They must have been so miserable, especially on the march back to Boston.
The music is annoying. louder than the commentary. The histroy lesson very nice!
