One correction, the slogan was never used by PTI at all ,that slogan was made by manzoor pashteen and endorsed by Maryam Nawaz sharif. PTI slogan is the Quranic verse and haqeki aazadi. 180 seats were won by PTI before they stopped the results on 8th feb according to form 45 data.

PTI won 180 NA seats and 2/3 majority in Punjab.

It's very simplistic and naive of you to say that Pakistani establishment are the problem and the people of Pakistan are not the problem.
The state of Pakistan is an outward expression, and hence a result of the very people who live in it!! The people of Pakistan has nurtured/endured/ and now have been enslaved, by it's military!! Pakistan has always been the responsibility of the people of Pakistan, like any other country!!
In the age of social media, it's very easy to learn how (many, if not most) pakistanis think and who they blame for their current state of affairs!!
Pakistani establishment is made up of pakistani people!! These two are not separate!
