A Winter Walking Trail from Neustift

Whenever Briony and I came to Neustift my day would begin with a walk to the bakery before breakfast to enjoy a coffee.
After Briony died I would also on the first morning go into the Church to light a candle for Briony - a part of Briony will live on forever in the Stubai.
The village of Neustift lies at just over 3000 feet . It is important not to climb too high on the first day so that your body can acclimatise to the height of the walking trails.
There are a number of well marked and well maintained winter trails in the valley. The one featured in this video runs south towards the glacier.l
