    He just stole the money! There is no way in hell he is taking on these kinds of losses for the marketing of a real estate fund. If you have money in this fund, sue him for fraud and request that a forensic accountant look over his books. I believe if you do. Everyone that had money in this fund will see how he stole it and then charges can be pressed to put him in jail.

    • @specom
      @specom Рік тому +11

      You don't get it. He won't go to jail because he didn't break any laws and gave himself the right to donwhat he did in the paperwork "investors" signed. David W. Williams aka Diamond Dave has a UA-cam video on this. These people didn't read the paperwork. They certainly didn't have LAWYERS review it, because they would have told them to run, AFTER they finished laughing.😂
      The main point is that this was never an "investment fund ". It was a crowd funding scheme. The paperwork said so and gave him the right to charge the "fund" ridiculous fees through his various LLC's. The only people who lost money to this clown were those who allowed themselves to be race hustled into not asking any questions.

    Lol. I'm glad I found this video. I met someone a few weeks ago who is a real estate investor. She said she's been doing it for a year. I asked her a couple of questions on it and told her how I follow certain people to learn myself, such as Jay Morrison. She immediately told me stop following him because he's a fraud.
    She took one of his "Courses" a few years ago. It was for 6 hours. It was suppose to be about tricks and hax in investing. She said during that time he spent 1 hour discussing a VERY broad and basic view on Real Estate investing. About 2.5 hours discussing his past and dream and the remaining time as a motivational speaker.
    At one point someone in the group asked him a very specific question pertaining to flipping. I can't remember specifically what she said, but from what I gather he basically told the man he just needs to believe in himself. Lol
    That man didn't like his response and walked out.
    I didn't think too much on it until I came across this video. Now I'm thinking her story is true.
