I asked her a couple of questions on it and told her how I follow certain people to learn myself, such as Jay Morrison. She immediately told me stop following him because he's a fraud. She took one of his "Courses" a few years ago. It was for 6 hours. It was suppose to be about tricks and hax in investing. She said during that time he spent 1 hour discussing a VERY broad and basic view on Real Estate investing. About 2.5 hours discussing his past and dream and the remaining time as a motivational speaker. At one point someone in the group asked him a very specific question pertaining to flipping. I can't remember specifically what she said, but from what I gather he basically told the man he just needs to believe in himself. Lol That man didn't like his response and walked out. I didn't think too much on it until I came across this video. Now I'm thinking her story is true.

People like Jay believe they are too big to fail because they've been scamming and getting away with it for so long, they dint think it'll never end. If more people would due their due diligence and take people like Jay to task when they're not seeing results, things like this would not happen

Lol. I'm glad I found this video. I met someone a few weeks ago who is a real estate investor. She said she's been doing it for a year.
Lol
That man didn't like his response and walked out.
I didn't think too much on it until I came across this video. Now I'm thinking her story is true.
"we're back on a full stomach now...", got me laughing real good, haha!
After this scam, he’ll be able to brag about going to jail for a 4th time!
“I’m not a Mogul, im a Miracle!”
🗣️BARSSS!!!
Goodbye Jay-Z, hello Jay Morrison
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Imagine having the ability to make honest money but instead you decide to scam.
The same thing happened to Usain Bolt in Jamaica, just because someone looks like you does not mean they your best interest at heart!!!!
I remember years ago he spoke at Howard for the graduating class of 18 for my niece I hope no students took his advice💯
I don't understand why Howard would have him speak when he did not even finish high school. Great speaker but a sorry business person.
@@davidmoore623It never ceases to amaze me how quickly people allow themselves to be swept up in a person’s charisma and fast-talk. Person does not even have to be smart to get people to get with the flow.
Us as a black community love people who talk a good game. It’s like a spell has been casted. I looked up to this dude when I was like 16,17. Hurt to see this. It’s hurts really bad knowing Boyce was on this as well.
These people have the gift of gab & they find a vulnerability in people then play the fake it til you make it game until they get exposed!
The crazy part is he's bold enough to continue to act like he hasn't done what he's done. Everybody is lying and hating. Glad I didn't give him a dollar and never would!
You’d think that in a country with so many guns, there wouldn’t be so many scammers like this.
I love how he said he "doesnt have time to watch every new video from a "hater"", nor does he have the time to show profitable receipts (because he has so many), but he does have the time to sit down with his friend and go on some schizo rant video about how HE IS A MIRACLE
This dude has more than enough time to have gotten a Associate's Degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Why go to school for 4 years to get a 50 k job when he can.pocket 10+million dollars in less than 5 years without a degree.
@@lhistoireenvideo5877You definitely missed the point.
@lhistoireenvideo5877 The point of schooling is to learn how to move the finances correctly to gain a profit.
@@Msjaniceelaine You must be dense to not recognize sarcasm when you see it. Sarcasm is used to emphasize a point, not to dismiss it.
@@lhistoireenvideo5877 I don't quite understand disrespect. But! quite typical, considering the souce. Your misguided attempt was meant for your mother.
And they still support him......smh and now he's running to the church to become a Minister 😞, so god wil forgive him and can ask the church for money.
Dudes like this will succeed bec he plays off of the folks who will support a Black Business for supporting sake instead of doing their due diligence bef investing.
Glad you’re exposing this scammer, heard about the Tulsa fund and jullien Gordon a black UA-camr spent close to 40,000 in the project and got scammed, not only him other hard working class people as well. Thank you Spencer for Shedding light 💯
As a black person living in Tulsa thanks Spencer this fool almost got my money too quick Google search pulled all this up lmao
“Straight to Jail” sick of these scammers! I knew when he was first promoting it, it was a scam!
my dad showed me how to crack on the stove at 17 years old, why does he sounds so proud saying that lmfao 😂
The black house never should've been purchased and he should've rented office space for the fund. 11 million dollars could've bought multi family units that would be bringing in revenue if that was really the goal.
It’s because our culture embraces the Scarface character who started from nothing to make it rich. No merit, no research, no fact-checking….Just another “celebrity” who is seen as an expert because most of his audience doesn’t understand what he’s actually saying and they just take his word for it.
Exactly! A person's word means nothing to me when it comes to money.
Right❣️ I'm glad that we're waking up from the slumber.🎉
Thank you for exposing him. He need to return what’s left to the investors. Money is not his God but lives in. $800k house.
I am sick of people like Jay who victimize people and then play the victim.
Master at selling "hope" to people. People fall for it time and time again.
I call it the Unofficial industry of "Ignorance and Struggles of Black people"...
Anyone who claim to teach black folks knowledge/wisdom and/or get us out of the struggle (financial, captivity, status, etc) makes millions of dollars. The industry As a whole billions of dollars
Ohhhh just own it, every one’s critique will earn them the label of “hater” 🤣🤣 I see you’ve earned your ‘badge’
Thanking you for taking the time to deconstruct and analyze this master manipulator and predator. I never liked him when people sent me his videos. He utilizes emotions and cultural beliefs to appeal to his victims. Nothing he says is logical and he never provides evidence, examples, or elaboration. He’s a clown with sociopathic and narcissistic traits! He has delusions of grandeur, lack of empathy, Constantly breaking the law or disregarding social boundaries; Using lies and deceptions to manipulate others for their own personal gain.
Refusing to or being extremely resistant to making long term plans. People like him rarely change. They find a new victim and/or platform.
Unfortunately, people like this will never change. This leopard is not interested in changing his spots, to say the least.
When I first stumbled across Jay, I was impressed by his story. It looks like he went from con to legit to con. Sad how these people were duped.
jays sad. he could of literally taken his 12 mil and just threw it into a 401k mutual fund and be set for life. what a waste of money and peoples time this guy is.
His fund is 'lit' in the sense you're better off lighting money on fire.
When somebody says they're raised in the streets hustling and selling drugs, you should definitely trust them with your money
I'm not a mogul, i'm a miracle 🤣😂
You know you messed up when you trust a guy with the vocabulary of a 5th grader… “it’s not lit!” 😂
Hope to see SCAM MASTER JAY in jail one day soon. He'e been fleecing the most vulnerable of our communities for years now.
😂😂😂😂scam master jay...record scratch
Thank you for letting us know. There are alot of real estate scammers out here. The sad thing is that money belongs to people who are really trying to come up. This type is the worst kind.
Never change Spencer. I love seeing guys like you win in life.
Spencer is having way too much fun with this one. It’s the giggles for me. 😂
Funny thing is, Jay is currently trying to become a pastor for real. Also, the NFL put out a warning years ago for players to not invest specifically with this guy. Insane.
I saw that dude on hardly initiated interview on conflict resolution ...I didn't even know about this yet and dude was irritating me when I watched that interview cause dude seems so radical and now it makes sense
He's so smart he lost millions in real estate during a time where anyone that owned a cardboard box doubled or tripled their money
He didn’t lose it! He stole it!!
Not "dad must have taught him how to cook the books too." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Even his background is a lie. He's not from the streets.
He's not losing 67% he's generously spending 67% 😂😂😂😂
Losing money so confidently.
Feels good to be a gangsta.
Lost money dropping into his pockets time and time again.
If someone has to explicitly state they’re not a scammer, they’re probably a scammer and you should stay the hell away from them. 😂
He had MORE than enough money to flip for a profit.
Originally I was going to say that it isn't uncommon for a fund to go unprofitable for years due to to maturing investments, but after seeing $2.5M in admin and marketing expenses, in only 2 years, you already know he's just buying himself lambos lol
The guy sitting next to him in that one video is a better hype man than Flavor Flav 😂
I love this dude Spencer he’ll have a jolly ol’ time exposing the hell out of someone, respectfully lol I love it
The subtitles over him speaking is top tier 😂😂
People like Jay believe they are too big to fail because they've been scamming and getting away with it for so long, they dint think it'll never end. If more people would due their due diligence and take people like Jay to task when they're not seeing results, things like this would not happen
Lmao 😂 I had to pause because the captions were translating/exposing what he was really saying.
lmao. I try to add in some comedy to my videos if I can.
the best part is he is calling it “group economics” when it’s really just community level communism but he’s too much of a capitalist to say it
I don’t know how guys like this can sleep at night knowing that they are being irresponsible with millions of dollars that they raised … possibly even from people who can’t afford to lose it.
not something I could relate to so I'm not even sure. I think they're narcissistic enough to believe everything that has gone wrong has been for external reasons and he's only one decision away from turning it all around. He doesn't seem stressed in the slightest despite losing money for multiple years in a row while being a public figure. And you know where to find him.
Most people saw the scam from the beginning 😒 and called us haters for not investing and supporting wow
Im going to open a business one day and my number 1 rule. Never end up on Spencer Cornelia s YT page.
Dude is a shallow grifter. At a certain point you just gotta blame the people that trust him.
Your custom captions killed me🤣
lmao. I try to add in humor when I can to make the video more entertaining
Thanks for exposing these internet influencers masked as investors.
He is not a miracle, he is walking misfortunes to those around him
I pray for those who he is shepherding
Spence done hit the black “wealth guru” side of the internet 😂 welcome gang.
How in the hell could he have lost all that money in arguably the greatest real estate bubble within the last century? This dude doesn’t have a clue. He was better off betting on red at a roulette table.
Looks like he didn't lose. He just misappropriated it and booked it as losses
Seems like he didn’t actually “lose” it. He just funneled most of it back to himself.
A scammer calling out another scammer for scamming is always hilarious
