I love how much you cultivate a healthy relationship to food with your kids! You include them in shopping and it sounds like in meal planning too! I am impressed with the healthy meals balanced with their requested treats AND your daughter already makes her own tea concentrate!? Amazing!
I was in Disney World at the end of August ( flew home to Chicago Sept 10, 2001 😐). It was 111°. It smelled terrible with all the sweaty people. Me and my autistic 5 year old sat for 2 hours on Tom Sawyer's Island. He sat on the dock with his very overpriced PB&J playing with his little Mickey truck and I sat in a rocker in the shade. Still had fun but wow....too hot!!
Chuck roast used to be a budget cut! Pre-Covid, i could get it $3/lb. $6 in today's world is a good deal. Very versatile cut. When on sale, I buy, and freeze.
Hi Jackie! You will definitely need those cooling towels at Disney. Our summer has been brutal. 96 110 heat index on some days. August is our hottest month. Better to come to Disney in the winter time. When I was growing up and my family lived in Ohio we would come to Florida at Christmas break and one year Mom and Dad had permission from school to take us on vacation. We came down to Florida in February. Make sure you have plenty of Gatorade to replace electrolytes.water doesn't cut it.
I love your Monday videos and look forward to them. Your Aldi prices are less than my area in PA. The milk is still over $3/gal and the eggs are $1.28/doz.
Oh wow! That link for the beef taco recipe looks like a version of Birria Tacos! Thank you for sharing! I would love to see a video of your cabbage and noodle soup - even in summer i love a good soup!
With back to school being right around the corner, you might want to start stocking up on school supplies (pencils, pens, paper, crayons/colored pencils/markers, etcetera). Those supposed back to school "sales" are just too chaotic to make them worth the effort, in my opinion anyways.
@@pammasheppard1338 to inform you that good choices are out there with a little nutritional research you can make better choices for your growing children
My grandson is 13 and has intellectual disability. I have been giving him a budget to pick his own groceries and he chose that chocolate cake this week. He ate one piece and hasn't been interested since. When I told him it will go stale he said you and Dad can have it.
I call it hide the vegetable when I add veggies to everything. Cauliflower, onions peppers, zucchini, and greens are the easiest just cut stuff small. I've been getting away with it for yrs.
You should get an extra loaf of bread and freeze it for your son's toast emergencies!!! :)

I’m right with your son. Toast is a must for my breakfast 🍞 👍
Great video! My Aldi still doesn’t have those pink lemonade cookies. So disappointing….lol

Need to stockup again for fall. Maybe some fresh produce to can from a roadside veggie stand will be a stop too.

I LOVE the egg rolls but haven't seen them at my store in awhile 😢
You will definitely need those cooling towels at WDW. It's been blistering hot here in Florida! 🥵 Bring a water bottle too! 💦
Did you know the top aldi the spices have things like wheat and soy in them?
Jacks ❤❤❤😊😊😊
Can the egg rolls be frozen? I'll assume they can.
Aldi sells 6 or 8 packs of Lipton Green Tea in bottles.
Can you link the recipe for the recipe you are using for your beef tacos instead of the video it doesn't give amounts of ingredients?
Omg the cranberry raspberry and rhubarb crumble are so good.
You did not show how much the yellow solo cups were

A baby cow is a calf
Please tell me that they help you carry all that in
I have to say you don’t buy healthy eggs and bread pasture raised eggs and sprouted grain bread is the way to go for good nutrition 😊

She buys what her family would eat. Why buy fancy expensive organic groceries, no one would eat and would not be Relatable to her viewers.

You can freeze it or give it away to neighbors if you don't like it.
Is that a new name for autism now
