I lived in Evergreen for 17 years their schools are great my kids graduated from evergreen high school. But I feel their houses is too small for the prices they offer. It’s a good neighborhood as well. I loved evergreen park some times I still miss it but me and my family moved to better❤
I live in the Beverly area near Evergreen park. To me, the houses are too small but keep in mind; the bigger the house, the more you'll pay in property taxes.
I LIKE THE HOUSE, BUT $399,000 IS WAY OVERPRICED, NO STOVE, NO REFRIGERATOR, I DON'T CARE FOR ALLEY GARAGE IN THE BACK. THIS HOUSE SHOULD BE NO MORE THAT $330-$340 AT THE MOST, BUT OVERALL, NICE LOOKING. NOW THE 2ND HOUSE WAS NICE, BUT ITS TOO BIG, IT DEFINITELY HAS NICE FEATURES, $460,000 IS RIGHT ON THE MONEY, BUT THE FIRST HOUSE IS OVER PRICED, GREAT VIDEO👍👍
How are the subfloors? Electrical? Windows and plumbing? BECAUSE I'd love to have an agreement it's just an #UPDATE if All these things aren't touched as Insurance says so.
House one is definitely my style but over priced and the neighborhood looks to be in the hood hence the backyard alleyway. House two too many clown colors on wall a bit overpriced as well.

And evergreen park isn't cheap.
My mom lives in a 1400 square foot house in cook county her taxes are $7000. Property taxes are a rip off! Especially in Illinois.

Hello for that price the hot water heater and the furnace need to be updated and l would like to see the roof and gutters and the yard 🤔
Do you have any properties between 150,000 and 200,000?
Bathroom waaay too close to the kitchen… I can’t cook and someone taking a dump in the next room!!!
Really nice
Smoke alarm needs new batteries 😂😂
@@tiffanyjones5469 it happens too often 😂
Definitely look more cozy then small to me
Hello 459,00 nope that’s to much
What upgrades, no fridge, no stove
Both are nice, but too much. Home #1 325k and #2 375-400k. I would definitely redo those stairs going up.
First house $345k w/appliances, 2nd house paint, open dinning room $410 max.
Hey, I have a few questions and would like to get me information.
Sure, feel free to email me at Robbailey27@gmail.com
For that neighborhood no way 250 tps. And that's not inspecting everything that needs to be inspected

Second home should have neutral colors and not that personal paint color
Attach a light to your phone
Not feeling the kitchen, not enough cabinets no pantry
❤😂😮😊
Too over priced and too small they really shorted the house not worth the price
