Share ko lang, I've been to different countries nadin po as a nurse ex. In Finland they want employees from outside EU so they can pay a bit less salary. Just to let you know. Living is expensive and rents are getting higher.
There is some half truth in your statement but it is nonsense from the government's perspective. If a Filipino nurse is going to get hired and paid a lower salary instead of a native Finnish speaker then that said company who did the hiring might save some money. However the governments expenses are going to rise if that now unemployed Finn needs social security.
Even I’m already here in Finland I still watch your videos and learn something new. You are such an inspiration!

This video made me think that perhaps your perspective is the one she mentioned: being as a foreign worker in some country just to make money and to support living in your home country.
I don't know what your situation is, but I have a comment about such living in Finland.
I don't think it is sustainable situation for Finland nor for the foreign workers. It has the potential of creating division in the labor market in ways that are not acceptable in the Finnish society. Arabic societies don't mind having inequality in the society in many forms.
That doesn't sit well with Finnish values.
There has already been serious problems with seasonal foreign workers. Such bad things could become more common, if the labor market gets divided to foreign and local workforce.
The only way to avoid it seems to be to have ways for immigrants to settle in Finland and become part of the Finnish society.
It doesn't prevent people having also their other ethic identities.
Finland has always been a collection of some ethic groups.
But what has shown to be needed for successful development is that there is also some uniting common identity.
People who only come to Finland for a period for the purpose of earning money to be sent elsewhere or to save some capital, they probably wouldn't be interested in becoming part of the shared identity. That is understandable.

Ganun din ung narerealized ko sa mga Tao especially sa work unit…ang cold nila as in parang hangin ka lang..kailangan mo lang pala lakasan loob mo na magsalita kahit pamali mali..in 3 months now..sa umpukan Hindi na ako tameme na tagapakinig lang..sa tiimipalaveri at raportit they let me speak talaga..kahit alam nila konti lang masasabi ko..at doon ako natututo sa communication..at tinuruan ako na magdecide hindi pwedeng oo lang daw ako ng oo..magdecide ka Anong task gusto mo gawin..importante sa kanila na comfortable ka habang magtatrabaho..

Maam irene tanong lg poh..from dubai poh ako..i am always watching your videos..bakit poh may ibang vlogger nagsasabi na hindi daw wortg it pmunta jan?one of the applicant poh ako kaso minsan pag nakakapanuod ako ng negative vlog about struggles or life in finland parang hindi ko alam either ituloy or stay in dubai..In dubai life is difficult as well, high rental, nothing to look forward like residency even if you are already 10years working here..
Hello musiclover! They have their own reasons which only they can tell. People's view on things are very subjective and very personal. Depende sa naexperience nila.
Para mas madali, kung akong tatanungin, it's worth it. Again, that's just for me. Still, I respect everyone's opinion about Finland. ❤️
Same ito din kinakatakot ko, what if ngkamali ka ng decision na pinili? No choice but to continue at panindigan ang decision mo..anyway thanks ma'am irene for the very informative video lagi.
@@ireneto thank you poh Ms. Irene xa reply..at maam as a healthcare assistant bha nasa magkano normally rate per hour jan??

True. Marami kasing gastusin.
may agency po ba ikaw marecomend skin para aplyan papunta dyan mula dito croatia.
people from sunny countries can not handle the winter and darkness that well, just like nordic people can not handle too much sun a d heat too well.
Moi ms Irene and family.

Hnd ko n nmn naabutan yung live mu ate 😅 Salamat ate ❤❤❤
Thanks again may. ❤️
Very good explanation ❤👍
Salamat Francis. 😊
May 13th month pay din po ba kayo?
Hi Joseph! Hindi exactly 13th month pay pero parang ganun. Ang tawag dito ay kesäraha. 😊
@@ireneto thank you mam for replying God bless po and your family 🙏🙏🙏
Pla get direct to the point Dami paligiy ligoy at paulit ulit n point
👍
ms irene, pede pasama s computation if meron k other jobs besides ur regular jobs. Kc marami aq npapanood na 2 work nila ung iba 3 p para lumaki income s finland.
Hi Dennis!
Hi Ms Irene. Follower nyo po ako. I want to share our experience. Pwede po mag share if you want po. 😊
Yes ms.
I love it chine, "learn to dance in the rain." It's a good reminder. Thanks! ❤️
If u feel Finland is ur home the same if some one come new he wil think same

Hi liz! Pasensya na wala akong kakilalang Pinoy na dun nakatira.
In Finland they want employees from outside EU so they can pay a bit less salary. Just to let you know. Living is expensive and rents are getting higher.
It is difficult to get employees to Finland from inside EU.
Hello Irene saludo talaga Ako sayo.Dto Ako sä Oulu naassign sä Mainiokoti as assistant Nurse.
