Hello, thanks very much for the video. I am working on something similar with three mini pcs as you with 1 built-in network and USB external adapter. Wouldn’t it be wiser to use USB for internal network being that USB could be 2.5 or greater speed for internal such as ceph or virtual machines? I was even considering adding a third external usb for shared storage NSF for back up network. Also, I was curious if there is a way to select which interface Prox mox admin interface uses or is it always the vmbr0?
Hi if I understood this correctly, let’s say the physical port in the dell is used for say Wan, and the usb / Ethernet adapter is used for Wan; would that be sufficient to run a home network especially in terms of speed? My understanding here is the absence of physical Nic ports could significantly slow down a network.
Hi Is it possible to create a movie explaining a couple of vm's which cannot connect to internet. Using only internal network. I want to create a kubernetes cluster. Please show multiple options With proxmox fierwall With Pfsense firewall without using firewall
@@syncbricks you mean a pfsense or somthing else? I want 3 vm to reach each other and not to internet. To go to internet i will use squid proxy For example to update packages Can you show how to create an internal network only where all 3 vm's can communicate with each other. Maybe create a bridge without network interface is enough.
Well done! A pleasure to watch.
You are welcome

Proxmox can be accessed from all interfaces

Yes it will be fine if you use gigabit lan

Please show multiple options
With proxmox fierwall
With Pfsense firewall
without using firewall
You need to have internal gateway
