India doesn't give asylum to anyone and should refrain from doing so. The borders should be protected and for hand to hand combats, even agniveer can help nation and those can be absorbed by army, for such situations. I think India soon should have semi lock down atleast in the border areas, where there is a chance of infiltration, including Nepal, Pakistan or even borders of China. This is a time to be ready with higher force deployed across borders.
