THE BEST WAY to Prep & Prepare Your hair for Protective Styles | How to wash Your weave for Locs

Hey hair friends, in this video I go step-by-step how I prep my hair along with the hair i will be using for my locs. These steps can also be used when doing other long-term protective styles such as (braids, faux locs, cornrows, etc.) These steps will help ensure that my hair is thoroughly moisturized and doesn't get dry and brittle during the wearing of the style.
I also cleanse the hair with apple cider vingar before installing it. Washing the hair extensions before using them maybe a new step for many of us. Unfortunately, most people are allergic to the chemicals on the hair. The synthetic fibers will then irritate the scalp causing it to itch excessively.
