Great video guys ! My hot water heater was leaking from the pressure relief valve. I had the valve replaced as well as the expansion tank. It turned out it was the water pressure regulator for the whole house that failed. My area has high water pressure, over 180 psi. My plumber replaced the water pressure regulator and no more leaks from the hot water heater.
