I was waiting on a video like this. Mrs Nikki you bring true love and homemaking/entertaining for home to life and I love it. Thanks so much I will definitely use these tips. Thank you
Ok Mrs. Fancy Pants 😁 I've got to step up my game 🤣 I am absolutely obsessed with you!! Such a beautiful and classy lady 💖 God Bless you and your family ❤️
Nikki, this was a great video, so many good tips! I add a small basket on nearly all my entertaining tables. I put either an assortment of bread, fruit or flowers. It gives a natural element.
SoOò SO stylish and well organised , I LOVE EVERYTHING! 💖👑🎆👏 Only thing I do differently is to place cutlery and silverware in a foil lined tub with piping hot water and baking soda. Takes no effort to sparkle but it might damage anything that is not silver , like your beautiful cutlery white handles. Thank u for this video I' ll refer back to it before entertaining 💌
Great information!! I have polished silver for many years and I have tried all polishes and there is NONE better than, Nevr Dull original from Amazon. It is a wadding and you just pull off a small piece and go to town. Beats Wrights all to pieces in my opinion.
Love this. I like adding a candy bowl/dish with some of the old school candies (now & laters, chews, big bowls etc.). I don’t entertain often, but when I do I want my guest to feel special, so I make sure my set up is nice & pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Something to try on silver… I took some almost black silver from unusable to looking great with Norwex cleaning paste. I’ve recommended it to a few friends and we all agree that it’s amazing. I didn’t find that silver cleaner always did the job for me.
Great video and content! My daughters have asked why would I keep something that I use so seldom? I tell them it may only be used once or twice a year, but when I need it, I have it! And I have the space to keep it because I am constantly decluttering those items that NEVER get used!🤣
I too love silver. I’m always on the hunt to acquire new pieces. Any hints/tips on where to look? I’ve inherited my grandmother’s pieces and always check my local consignment stores.
I inherited a large collection (worthy of a hostess closet!), so I have all these things but this has definitely helped me to think about how to organize my items. I especially run into trouble when people bring additional dishes then I’m scrambling to find ways to serve them.
Hi Nikki I'm moving to a new flat in the summer. I was wondering can you enlighten me as to what buy first and when because everything will be new . The timing seems a puzzle because even the beds will be new there.
Hi Nikki! I’m about to start hosting a weekly small group (with parents and little kids) and i was wondering what you’d recommend that i have on hand as far as supplies. It’s always potluck so I’m not sure that i necessarily need different platters and such but I’m not sure and I’m a bit nervous.
This is great! This would be my first Christmas 😊… where’s your gloves Ma’am😊 does that stuff bother your hands? I’m always wearing gloves with everything.
Hi! You can do either one, just depends on your set up and how you want the flow of your entertaining to go. Sometimes I will put the glasses on the table but on other occasions I have created a beautiful beverage bar. I hope you are doing great my friend! Hugs and Love Nikki
Gloves, Miss Nikki! Those chemicals are very drying and not good for your skin. Skin is an organ and those chemicals mess with it, even if there's no pain or discomfort.

I just love your kitchen… I know it’s a rental but it’s beautiful!
I have really been loving all these videos lately!!!
So glad you’re back on UA-cam. I missed your videos!
You are a joy to watch and you have thoughtful and intentional content. Thank you.
I would add serving spoon rests. They keep the serving area much cleaner.
Thanks for the super great ideas ❤️
I also use beautiful linen tablecloth/napkins, warming tray, and some kind of greenery/flowers for the table.
I love cake plates of different heights to display desserts or appetizers/bites - very pretty and interesting.

Enjoy your videos and good advice. Best wishes from Ireland.☘
Hi Becky! So happy you like them! Thanks so much my friend. Hugs and Love Nikki
@@AtHomeWithNikki. Your sweater is so elegant and pretty!
I love this even if I don't entertain. Great video!
Thank you for the Hostess Printables.

Great video! I have a crystal punch bowl that my grandmother gave to me. I always bring it out for the holidays. It reminds me of her. 😍
As always great advice!!!

Thanks so much my friend! Hugs and Love Nikki
Entertaining this week, really needed this 😊
Thanks so much ❤️
I'm loving these videos thanks for sharing
Love it!!!
If you find the new cocktail skewers keep us posted!!! Love you Nikki

She is like the Aunt I never had - very classy and approachable not intimidating like Martha S!! She is the Ina Garten of the home area 😊
Love all your content….. I have special napkins …. Cocktail and buffet
I call my similar cheese cutter, a cheese slicer. Not sure whether that's more accurate...Love your style.
How about Chafing Dishes? I find them so helpful to keep food warm or cold. What do you think 🤔?
I'm wondering about food warmers to keep food warm - currently on the hunt for that.

I still have not gotten into the habit of wearing gloves and 74 years later, it is starting to show. ☺️☺️☺️
You're right. Skin is our largest organ. Gloves can protect against certain chemicals seeping into our bodies.
It's a helpful and good video :) Thank you
I love your videos!
Thx for the tips
Great tips! Thank you.
You are so welcome my friend! Hugs and Love Nikki
Thanks for another great video!
Glad you like them Rachael! Hugs and Love Nikki
We are entertaining at home today for the first time, and i was wondering along the same lines lol..
Hi Nikki, great video.
Yay, thank you! Hugs and Love Nikki
❤❤
Do you recommend glasses on the table or on the beverage bar

I accidentally clicked thumbs down on this video. Heaven help me! ☺️ I had to change that REALLY quick. Great job as always, Nikki.
Great video!
🥰
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Am I first? Ha ha ha, I love silver but not polishing it.
YAY!!! Thanks so much for being the first to watch my friend. LOL!!
