    1) Come here often? Skip to 1:11 (Volume check is IMPORTANT!)
    2) If you like this track (or are tired of UA-cam ads), download the MP3 or FLAC here: bit.ly/90minstudy
    3) I'd say "good luck on the exam," but you've got this 😉

    HI ALL just want to share some study tips with you guys.
    I am a human bio major studying pre-medicine with a minor in psychology, so throughout my undergrad I think Ive gotten a pretty good concept of what study tips help me as well as my friends.
    So this audio is actually super awesome because they do fluctuate between 10-12 Hz which i found to keep me more on track for longer!! and also doing this whilst playing other mediation music in the back for pure music (ex handpan music,classical etc) and alsooooo using the Pomodoro technique. where you go ham for 25 min and take a break for 5. it really helps keep me going. Okayyy anyways happy studies sending pozz vibes byeee💕🌞

  • @wacpj1929
    @wacpj1929 3 роки тому +16

    The number of comments that still come up about how loud his two minute warning is surprises me.
    Just listen to the man. He gives you a volume check that warns his voice shouldn't be loud (and the warning is the same volume, he's not jump-scaring anyone). He's directly replied to people with this concern to tell them that they had it on too loud if it was startling for them. Hell, look at item #3 for "most frequent comments" right in the video description!
    Don't take the "painkiller" approach of just assuming "higher volume = bigger and more impactful effect"... that's not the case. You're not using it to drown out your thoughts. At this point, these complaints almost seem like willful ignorance

      Hey mate! I've been wondering lately if you can make binaural beats that can detoxify dopamine in our mind. I've done intensive research( on UA-cam videos) on how to enhance one's productivity and one thing that stuck out the most was the concept of 'dopamine detoxification' wherein a person has to refrain from any sort of activities or food which can ramificate into the release of immense amount of dopamine in our brain, for at least one day. The gist behind this idea is that dopamine, which acts a reward impulse can also be degrading in the essence that the importance of activities like studying, working out, office-work, etc; which release little dopamine at a slow pace in our minds, may very well be 'downplayed' and blatantly ignored in preference of activities of little productivity like video-games(on ends for hours), face-book, instagram, etc; which albeit cause a huge surge of dopamine.
      Thank you.

    I've been using this religiously for the past month or so and since so many people hate the 2 min warning (tho there's a seperate video without it) i'm here to tell you that i love it. It makes me feel good abt the hours of work i had put in and I think its very calming and kind to hear things like 'be kind to your brain' and the things you say with the two min warning like collecting notes and leaving reminders. Anyways, love your videos jody, you wouldnt believe how much they've helped me

    My personal setup:
    Layer Both youtube videos:
    "lofi hip hop radio - beats to relax/study to" (Or whatever suits your taste in music. "Chillstep Mix 2018 [2 Hours]" for my fellow EDM friends. Highly recommend something without lyrics and/or something where you can really feel the tempo.)
    "90 Minutes of Focused Studying: The Best Binaural Beats"
    Headphones: Audio-Technica ATH-M50x
    Adjust each videos' volume so the music isn't too distracting and you can you can still hear the wobbling from the binaural beats. Not too loud or the wobbling gets distracting.

    I looked at all of the journal articles you cited. None of them supports the efficacy of binaural beats. However, I appreciate that you produced a video with genuine binaural beats. It seems most videos on youtube have the beats audible in both the left and right ear. I've subscribed, I'll give the beats a fair go.

    for anyone whose head was hurting while listening to it(this worked for me) just keep lowering the volume till you can barely hear the wobbling. Not so low that it's muted but just low enough to hear his voice clearly at the volume check.

    Jody, mark my words, the way you are making content right now is 3 years ahead. It's amazing and so compelling to the viewer's needs instead of the creator's needs. Believe me, you have created a new kind of marketing strategy that will be used by a lot of people in the following years.

    • @bestbinauralbeats
      @bestbinauralbeats  4 роки тому +3

      I'm curious to hear more about the "marketing" aspect. Are you referring to the "download and use airplane mode" part?

    • @anity9768
      @anity9768 4 роки тому +9

      Jody Hatton's Videos its the way you make videos and how you promote your audio files that you can download.
      It feels honest and it feels in my opinion very home coming, totally not pushy and aggressive like most UA-cam content creators and course sellers.
      Honesty is what really is missing in the society right now, you have a lot of course makers that are just pushing the course in our face. It’s so aggressive and everything is pulled out of the closet to let people buy their course or product.
      What most people experience right now is that most content creators that sell products or courses are more focused on their own well-being and earning as much money as possible, and not on what the consumer really wants and that is a choice.
      Example; a random content creator sells a course, he makes a video he swears and yells that it’s a life changing course, a must have! but first pay me a 1000 bucks!
      Mister Hatton: (humble, honest and not arrogant) you can download every binaural beats track I made, and it may change your life, for the price whatever you want to pay!
      People will feel that you are making content to really help people and not to be a sell of influencer guy that claims that if you follow his 1000 dollar course it will change your life.
      The world is changing and authenticity is what will make or break a creator. You Jody, in my eyes but I know for sure in the eyes of a lot of other people you are a authentic, loveable, down to earth and trustworthy person.
      That is your marketing strategy, being your honest self with the real intention of helping others with their own choice how much they want to pay.
      Maybe now it will not attract a lot of people, but if you keep going, I will bet you that you will achieve 1 million or more subscribers and buyers in the next 2 or 3 years.
      Greetings from the Netherlands

This evening I've had to solve some complex physical and mathematical problems to write appropriate code. The concentration was insane! I really recommend trying this technique. The focus I've had has let me find out many tricky things, solve a few complex equations and write a nice piece of code more effectively than last time. I hope it will help you too. Cheers!
