Trains Crossing in Bhor Ghat | Udyan Express and Panvel Nanded Express

This video was shot on 27th January 2022 near Monkey hill. 17613 Panvel Nanded Express was hauled by KJM WDP4D and banked by KYN WAG7 Locos while 11302 Bangalore Mumbai Udyan Express was hauled by RPM WAP7

On Ghats Diesel trains only having Bankers and Breakers, Electric locomotive hauled trains why not having both. Is wap7 have capable of power to haul trains in Ghats?

WAP7 hauled train here is Udyan Express and its descending down. Descending train dosen't need brakers. Only freight needs brakers.
