Went to Rolling Loud Miami and New York 2019. You pretty much covered it all but what I would recommend also it make sure you are well fed. Like you said its a workout and you'll be burning a lot of calories so definitely eat. Also another huge life saver is portable chargers for the phone. For Miami I know its going to get hot, but please for the love of god shower before you go because I swear a lot of people definitely didn't. Smelling way too awful.
