Amazonite is a perfect candidate for Lapidot fusion. Based on their colors, Peridot's color is a bit yellowish type of green and Lapis' color is just blue. In terms of hardness, a Peridot is 6.5 to 7, Lapis Lazuli is 5 to 5.5 and Amazonite is 6 to 6.5.
Not only do I love your theories and discussions, I love your voice. It has so much EMOTION. Your feelings just RADIATE from your voice. Also the point you made about their laugh is everything. Also I think she'd be turquoise. Probably not paraiba tourmaline because tourmaline comes in different colors. also in nature chrysocolla is very often found in association with malachite which I think makes it a stronger likliehood and may be indicative of power level should this fusion come to pass.
I also foresee Turquoise. It's the only birthstone yet to be represented. Also, Lapis is an alternate December birthstone to it. Lastly, Turquoise's namesake color, like the gemstones mentioned in rest of the theories in this video, is somewhere between Lapis and Peridot's colors. However, unlike them, Turquoise is completely opaque, just like Lapis. Therefore, considering how we've just gotten done all the other birthstone representations with the introduction of Aquamarine, Topaz and Emerald, we can only assume that the introduction of an implied Turquoise is being hyped just as the prospect of a Lapidot fusion is. Wouldn't it make sense for these two indirectly foreshadowed phenomena to be one and the same?
3 words. Giant mercury arms. Mercury is a easily melted metal. Just imagine lapis freezing and unfreezeing the arm to move it. So a giant fast metal arm.
i think turquoise would be a good name since wikipedia (i know its not that credible of a source though) says that turquoise is "a hydrated phosphate of copper and aluminum". for all those who have no idea what that means, it's basically rusted copper and aluminum. This should be self explanatory now, as peridot, (with ferrokinesis) and lapis, (with hydrokinesis) both combined should be some sort of rust, therefore making turquoise a viable option. plus, i like turquoise anyways so its just an added bonus to seeing it as a lapidot fusion!
I feel like Paraiba Tourmaline might be an exception due to it's metaphysical meanings and the fact that SliceOfOtaku showed a picture of a Paraiba Tourmaline that is a pear cut gemstone which is similar to Lapis's pear cabochon gemstone.
This is a giant speculation, but it's in a way possible. Starting with her name. I think it could be Lepidolite. Lepidolite eases feelings, because it has stabilizing abilitys. Lepidolite is a healing gem it can locate and heal diseases. Q. Besides the similarity to the ship name "lapidot", why did I chose it, what do the abilities of Lapidolite gems have in common with Lapis and Peridot? A. To answer this it's easier to think of a scenario where Lapis and Peridot would fuse. For example, a short while after Lapis comes back to earth something could happen to Steven. At that time Lapis would still be upset. Her and Peridot wouldn't talk to each other. When they'd discover that something has happened to Steven they would be really sad, because he's their friend. They would try to help him but wouldn't be able to. One of the reasons gems fuse is because they feel the same emotions. Their fusion would symbolize that even though they're upset and don't want to talk to each other that can't stand in the way of helping their friends. (First ability, stabilizing feelings.) Now that they're fused they have the ability to heal and they can heal Steven. The ability to heal is only present in Rose Quarts, so why wouldn't home world make lapis and Peridot gems fuse to heal other gems? 1) On home world its wrong for different kinds of gems to fuse 2) This ability would only work on living beings (not gems). But why wouldn't it work on gems? That's because of where it comes from. Human blod is made of ~50% water (lapis) and there's metal in blood (peridot). Combining their ability's Lapis and Peridot could heal by using the blood in humans (for example, oh no a snake bit someone, they make some of the blood move faster than usual or in different directions so that the poison (combined with some blood) would exit the body before the poisoning gets worse.)
i wouldn’t call myself a lapidot shipper i just want my lapis to be happy. if she’s happy being with peridot then i support it. if she wants to be alone forever than i’m ok with that too.
juuzou suzuya Same here. I think Lapis and Peridot will reconcile eventually. Lapis is a fan favorite so they're not going to write her out of the show for good. Also I think Peridot fusing the first time and Lapis learning to fuse in a healthy way would be a necessary step for their development.
Yeah Isable Brokaw I can see that. I would be fine if they didn't fuse either (even though Slice's concept of the fusion I think was pretty spot on!), as long as they finally become happy and comfortable with themselves and each other.
B&W Jester I thought it would be quite powerful and *minor spoiler warning* based on what I saw in reunited with them and bismuth catching the bouquet I thought could be seen as foreshadowing
The thing is, if it were magnetism, it would affect the functionality of her tablet, which clearly, it hasn't. So I don't believe that's the case. What I do believe is that it's something like first stage Ferrokinesis, and that she'll learn to actually bend and shape metal over time. After all, we haven't seen her use this power very much, and when we do, it's normally not to a very large extent. I believe once she actually starts going on missions with the Crystal gems, and using her powers for combat and self defense, that's when we'll see what she can really do. Barn syndrome however, has taken over her, not allowing her powers to excel very much. So aside from getting her star, what I want to see most is to see her actually start to use her powers in combat.
It can, but we aren't really sure, the most information we've got on them is just "Metal powers" they've never said anything in the show such as Ferrokinesis or Magnetism. So at this point all we can do is theorize. It could perhaps be even a mix of Ferrokinesis and Magnetism, but I'm unsure how that would work. The difference between the two though is that, Ferrokinesis is actually manipulating the metal itself, and when someone has Ferrokinesis, they're usually able to bend and shape the metal, which we haven't gotten a conformation that she can't do that yet. The argument is that, if it was Magnetism, the tablet should've been damaged. Although both are pretty much equally possible, actual Ferrokinesis just seems much more likely. Either way, it's her mind allowing her to manipulate it, it's not a gem weapon, as it's similar with lapis, because if it were, their gems would glow while using it. But it's completely by the mind.
Actually if we’re going by hand movements to control metal, all Peridot really has to do to “bend” metals is to make a “bending” motion with her hands, or a crushing motion to crush metals. She just hasn’t done that onscreen yet.
Lapis relying on hand movement to manipulate water could be an unconscious habit formed when she first learned how manipulate water. It may be a 'crutch' of sorts. She became over-reliant on the gestures though it was probably not necessary. Peridot displays the same habit as she learned to control her ability but came to use it less and less. It may be easier for them to perform the action by using the hand gestures instead of just visualising them. They should be able to train themselves out of the habit if they want to take on enemies without giving away their next move which I would argue as necessary considering they face war.
I feel Larimar is especially fitting, as it even sounds like a combination of their names. La + Peri makes Lari, and the mar could come from marine. (Lapis's power being marine and ocean related.)
I'd think it'd defo be Amazonite. Check out this excerpt: "Like waters deep and ancient, Amazonite beckons in captivating shades of turquoise-green, promising to soothe the spirit and calm the soul. Its energy is as powerful as the river for which it is named, and as bold as the legendary women warriors with whom it is connected, yet it tempers aggression, tames the irrational, and stills the disquiet. It provides harmony and balance. Called the Stone of Courage and the Stone of Truth, Amazonite empowers one to search the self and discover one’s own truths and integrity, and to move beyond fear of judgment or confrontation with others to live in alignment with those beliefs and values. It provides the freedom to express one’s thoughts and feelings, and to set strong and clear boundaries, both internally as self-discipline, and externally on what one is willing to experience or in defining personal space." (From www.crystalvaults.com/crystal-encyclopedia/amazonite)
actually, they DO fuse powers. because Ruby and Sapphire have fire and ice, Garnet has electricity. and Alexandrite can breath fire. powers combine. but weapons and powers are different, like, Malachite didnt have a water helmet because thats Jasper's weapon, not jasper's power that is being fused
Hourglass Of Time I kind of imagine water wings with a metal endoskeleton that can shoot out, then regenerate. XD I don't know I just think it would be cool.
Slice, I just wanted to tell you that I drop everything when I see one of your videos come out. I just love listening to you and your ideas and how much time and effort you clearly put into each and every theory you make. (plus you have one the best voices, it's so genuinely caring and calm and soothing and -- ok, I'll stop). Just letting you know you make me really happy, and I will always be your loyal fan. (Oh, and one more thing, -- I, LOVE you!
I love your videos. You put countless points of evidence to make your theory more plausible .Not to mention how you even put other theory's you've heard to expand into it.Good job keep doing what you do!
I had an idea for a fusion prior to jasper's defeat. they would fuse into gallium garnet (no relation to ruby/sapphire garnet) during a final battle against jasper. and jasper gets pissed "you fuse with that worthless peridot instead of a perfect quartz like me? WHAT DOES SHE HAVE THAT I DON'T!!!?" keep in mind, this is parallel to an abusive ex finding out that the ex they abused is with someone more emotionally empowering. Gallium garnet has wings in the shape of of an hourglass, and has an exoskeletal armor made of liquid metal that can be reshaped into any form needed. she defeats jasper with a finishing move that causes a flash of light. next thing steven, lapis lazuli, and peridot notice is that they are in the gem war from millenia ago (because gallium garnet's special ability is time manipulation). this serves an opportunity for steven to meet his mom for real, bringing closure to his mommy issues, as well as finding out what really happened between her and pink diamond. meanwhile lapis lazuli gains closure about what happened between her past self and bismuth. feeling empowered by their experiences, steven, lapis lazuli, and peridot return to the present with the latter join the others as full fledge members of the crystal gems
@@glitzicurities9075 yeah well i wrote this right after they first aired the episode "mindful education" (or was it "earthlings"? It was one of those two episodes). I didn't have Gallium Garnet to send me to the future and see the truth that ultimately ruined the show for me.

After a little research, I think I've found a few gems that would be my top picks for a fusion of Lapis and Peridot. The whole thing with them is that they have to over come their differences, pasts, and fears. These are the qualities I focused on when looking for gems, as well as some smaller qualities that happened to pop up. Diopside is thought to be a cathartic stone that is believed by crystal healers to heal trauma by bringing forth cleansing tears. Diopside is believed to foster creativity, love and commitment. I believe this one was mentioned in the video, but I love the explanation I found. Cleansing tears and creativity seem to fit this pair perfectly Amazonite is believed to have a soothing and calming effect. It accomplishes this by dispelling negative energy and allowing us to let go of sadness and grief. This is something that really fits Lapis's character. She needs to let go of her harmful past, and Peridot helping her and fusing to become this. It sounds to perfect to not be a choice. Apatite is a gemstone of communication. It is believed to help stuttering, hypertension and to assist its wearer in overcoming sadness and grief. Apatite is said to help fight viruses and promote the blending of old with new in one's life. Again, their pasts come into play with the fusion. Also, though, this gem as their fusion would take into account their communication problems that stem through Peridot not wanting to upset Lapis. Golden brown tiger's eye is said to help convert anxiety and fear into practical logic and action. It is also believed to promote balance and strength in difficult times, and to relieve doubt. This is a big one, and the final one I have. As said in the video, this fusion will most likely have Lapis's caution and Peridot's brains, giving them practical logic and action. Also, both of them have problems with doubt that need to be alleviated before then can form a healthy fusion. That's just a few of the gems I've found, hope at least someone stumbles upon this. Of course either way it's just my 2-cents
We talked about a Lapis-Peridot fusion with a friend, and she knows stuff about gem's language, and Calcedony is the gem for acceptancy. About accepting pain from the past, and that's exactly what a fusion between Lapis and Peridot represents to me : accepting to be on Earth so they can live together (I sincerely hope I'm not too late >///< I discovered your channel like 2 days ago)
I absolutely agree with everything in this video. I am a Lapidot shipper, and I have theorized about their possible fusion. What you said about their powers, personality, and gem name mostly matched my own ideas. I chose the gem Turquoise for the name, however.
i would think that the gemstone they would fuze into is moonstone because it scientifically makes sense. the hardness logic and the chemical compound of the minerals it just makes sense.
Haven’t we already seen a Larimar? I thought when Steven released Bismuth for the wedding and she was freaking out one of the names she said was “Little Larimar!”
Maybe Chrysocolla? I originally heard about it in a lapidot animation, (I think it was Jet Fuel but I'm not sure) but I also did some research on my own. Chrysocolla is usually blue-green, but the color ranges from yellow-green to deep blue. Its associated with wisdom, intelligence, and is said to help with anxiety and depression (Peridot helping out Lapis). Also this gem is associated with Malachite
I loved this speculation video!!! I really appreciate how much effort and research you did for this, like all your videos, it definitely shows through :)
Idk if you remember me. I just wanted to reiterate that I still have mad respect for you. Just wanted to give you a bit of an update. Few months ago, I had told you that you had inspired me to be a better person and pursue my job goals (despite the fact that we're in completely different fields; I wanna be a translator). So I reached out to a former mentor and I've been training with her for a few months. She's helped me with editing my CV and giving me a lot of resources that I can utilize. I'm now in the process of applying to a grad school program in my home state. Indirectly you helped push me towards my goal because i watch your half hour Slice of Otaku slice of life video; i watched it to the end and saw how dedicated you were to achieve your dreams, despite some rough times. Here's a shout out to you. You're the real MVP.
On the subject of personality, the fusion would likely be very mercurial and potentially manic because Lapis is very (pardon the puns) tidal in her moods, and if Peridot's true abilities are magnetic in origin, that would make her very bi-polar. Since a fusion is stable only so long as the component parts are "in sync" (or, occasionally dominated by a stronger personality), then we're looking at one potential mood swing to another if left without a common obstacle to overcome.
New it! Thanks for making this video SliceOfOtaku! I was right that Lapis was tired from Jasper and stuff! Well, not too be rude of hating but I'm A Total Lapidot fangirl and know a ton about lapidot so I'm basically going to say that if anyone hasn't noticed, Otaku has a point on Lapis And Peridot's Fusion, and correct me if I'm wrong, but ever since Lapis left Earth, Peridot Didn't want to go and also correct me if I'm wrong again, The diamonds are going to look for Steven on homeworld and Lapis Is going to a different planet and she doesn't know if the diamonds or there guards or other homeworld gems are going to look on different planets! Okay, if there is a Part 3 or this, I'll go off and be a Lapidot nerd.
I feel like another important thing to mention with this fusion is that it is the terraformer considering the metal and water powers if Home World ever got their hands on her the Crystal Gems would be utterly screwed because seriously it is THE terraforming gem.
I think the fusion should be called Turquoise, because they would be turquoise in color. But also because it is a symbol of friendship. It is believed to carry great wisdom inside it. It is a stone that represents self realization and is an aid in analytical thinking as well as creative energy. But also too much of it would cause someone to become analytical, fussy, and ecocentric allowing one to let logic guide decision making. But too little of it can cause someone to become secretive, closed off, confused, sneaky, and even paranoid. All of these features fit well with both Lapis Lazuli’s and Peridot’s personalities.
Hey, I know this hasn't anything to do with Lapidot BUT why isn't anyone talking about ALL OF WEST AFRICA wich just somehow seemed to break apart from the rest of Africa and landing in South America's very face, and Australia looking like someone squished it? I mean, everybody always is like " OH a HUGE part of Russia is missing ! and there's an important location too! " I mean, I'd love to see some theories about this stuff too, especially West Africa and South America
I have a loose theory based on real world science and a more likely conclusion. it could be continental drift and seafloor spreading. The huge mass of landmasses causes land to sink, perhaps the fate of Australia. And though Africa in real life IS indeed breaking apart, ( The great rift valley, ) it's on the opposite side of the continent. The horn of Africa is breaking off, not West Africa. Perhaps the plates are located in different areas. However, this raises the question of how this change occurred timewise. It takes thousands upon thousands of years for landmasses to move, and assuming the world of Steven Universe once had a super continent like our Pangaea, it's impossible for this to have occurred in the time that it must have, based upon the technology and culture in Steven Universe. I have two ways to counteract this: 1. The progress of technology was stalled by the meddling of Homeworld, and it took humans ages to get back on their feet and resume civilization. 2. Seafloor spreading is a more rapid process in the world of Steven Universe and continents move more than an inch a year. Perhaps this could be due to the cluster being in the mantle? Or, you know, Homeworld just blew everything to hell. In 'Your Mother and Mine' Garnet says Rose felt that soon she 'wouldn't have much left to fight for.' This could mean her friends dying OR the planet being razed by warfare. Or both. Russia though was definitely wrecked by Homeworld, given the shape of the continent and the important place marker. It's IMPOSSIBLE for that to be the fault of any earthly function. The shape is too much like the circular blast radius of a bomb. Maybe it's a bit of a nod to Chernobyl, I don't know. I've read a lot of books that put horrible bombings and events in that region, maybe writers see something romantic or whatever in a massive bombing in the frigid, uninhabited lands of Siberia.
I want the Lapis + Peridot fusion to be Azurite. It's a blue/green gem that forms along side Malachite. I like the symbolism of two real world gems that almost exclusively form together being shown as a yin/yang situation for Lapis.
I think Chrysocolla might be a good one. It expresses the importance of gentleness over fighting. It also calms and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface. I think since they would probably fuse upon expressing their true feelings for each other, and since they have already helped each other grow (hence inner wisdom) rather nicely, this gemstone would work nicely as their fusion. Also, storm powers maybe?
Your suggestions are far better, I never gave this topic too much thought, was just something I questioned while in the shower one day & came to the conclusion of Hematite for its magnetism abilities. This was quite a while back when I thought about it, the suggestions in this video are far better.
this fusion would be the biggest troll from the Crewniverse. being unbelievably powerful with all of the epic battle potential, but never actually demonstrating it beyond little teases because her personality doesn't lead her to fight. I would totally see the crewniverse doing that!^^
It probably wouldn't happen and makes 0 sense from a scientific or color perspective, but I think graphene would be a good choice, partially just because of how unique it is. It's rigid atomic structure fits peridot very well, while its flexibility resembles something more akin to water. Also, that rigid structure makes it an excellent conductor of electricity. The fusion would probably be a deep black like graphene itself, with maybe some blue and green in the clothing. Also, speaking of its power, graphene is made of the same thing as diamonds but is stronger than diamond simply because of their different atomic structures. I don't know if this would actually play into the show at all, But personally would love to see the two of them fused and fighting maybe yellow diamond while they sing an altered version of "Stronger than you". This would be great not only because Lapis and Peridot need more songs (I know they'd be fused but still) but it would show their growth as characters. When Garnet first sang stronger than you, she had found love in her fusion and of her friends and the planet earth., Not only this, but at that time both lapis and peridot had a very similar view as the diamonds did but have now grown to be more like the crystal gems.
Peridot is sort of hyper and thinks everything is about her and is pretty friendly. Lapis is more reserved and is less likely to socialize even if she wants to.

I'm not a Lapidot shipper, but the Lapidot fusion is what I'm the most interested in seeing.
Same!
#lapidotforlife
i wouldn’t call myself a lapidot shipper i just want my lapis to be happy.
if she’s happy being with peridot then i support it. if she wants to be alone forever than i’m ok with that too.
juuzou suzuya Same here.
*snort* nyah hah hah ha *Snort* nyee ha ha hah (the most beautiful laugh on earth)

Does anyone else want Steven to yell "IT'S A LAPIDOT FUSION!" when he sees them?
Turquoise, Hemimorphite, azurite, amazonite, jade, prehnite, chrysoberyl, or adventurine.
Look up Labradorite, its so cool and shares both colors
Definitely not Jade, after Together Alone.
I like azurite
I also thought of turquoise lol
Wow i was going to say turquoise
What do you think of a fusion of peridot and bismuth combining bismuth' ability to forge weapons and peridot's magnetic powers
Midknight Rockruff , that would be the ultimate fusion between 2 people lol
B&W Jester I thought it would be quite powerful and *minor spoiler warning* based on what I saw in reunited with them and bismuth catching the bouquet I thought could be seen as foreshadowing
That would be AWESOME
Add lapis into the mix lava bender
I am the only that remember that in the old days we believed than the peridot + lapis fusion would be called aquamarine? xD
Yes, still can, rebecca confirmed that there are normal gems with fusion gems, but still have 1 gem.
KinaKingy シ maybe
imagine their fusion got even SHORTER to become Aqua, that'd be amazing, then she would have a british accent
I thought I was the only one XD😂😂
It still could be. There are single gem versions of fusion gem types.
I always saw their fusion being turquoise. Mainly because of color.
same
you do know turquoise is an actual gem right
Tawnya Mcclaren lmao yes we dk
I think amazonite would be a better name for a lapidot fusion
I believe it'll be Emerald
Peridot is a genius metal bender and lapis can form anything out of water.... Interesting. She may wind up being everyone's favorite fusion
Here's a good gem fusion name that you missed...
◇Turquoise!◇(idk why but I like the sound of that,it kinds fits them)
Lena Perlic turquoise isn’t a gem it’s a color
Edit: oooof I was thinking of the color not the actual gem I’m sorry
@@marinetteagreste7321 actually it is a gem
Adqm I know that now I’m sorry my mistake
turquoise is an actual
So aside from getting her star, what I want to see most is to see her actually start to use her powers in combat.
peridot trash though i hope that with her currently residing in Steven's bathroom again she can be expanded upon.
Me too man, her Barn syndrome was going on for a while too long there.
It can, but we aren't really sure, the most information we've got on them is just "Metal powers"
they've never said anything in the show such as Ferrokinesis or Magnetism.
That's true! I never even thought about that actually. Another thing to add to the "things I desperately need to see" list.
cannot believe we are still watching a theory of a show that ended, it was a good show tho
saw the lapidot and dropped everything
Curse your profile picture. I thought it was an eyelash.
Soph_Soph _100 I hate your profile picture.
I saw his profile pic before so I didn't fell for it
I thought your pfp was a hair and blew on my screen
Soph_Soph _100 i know right, lapidot would be such a creative character
Lapis relying on hand movement to manipulate water could be an unconscious habit formed when she first learned how manipulate water. It may be a 'crutch' of sorts. She became over-reliant on the gestures though it was probably not necessary.
Peridot displays the same habit as she learned to control her ability but came to use it less and less. It may be easier for them to perform the action by using the hand gestures instead of just visualising them. They should be able to train themselves out of the habit if they want to take on enemies without giving away their next move which I would argue as necessary considering they face war.
What about turquoise? It’s a birthstone. So is Peridot.
Wolfie54545 lol so is garnet
Wolfie54545 plus pearl
Wolfie54545 and amephyst
And ruby and sapphire
Yeah turquoise makes sense because it’s a mixture of green and blue and it’s also a gemstone :D
I feel Larimar is especially fitting, as it even sounds like a combination of their names.
La + Peri makes Lari, and the mar could come from marine. (Lapis's power being marine and ocean related.)
I'd think it'd defo be Amazonite. Check out this excerpt:
"Like waters deep and ancient, Amazonite beckons in captivating shades of turquoise-green, promising to soothe the spirit and calm the soul.
It provides the freedom to express one’s thoughts and feelings, and to set strong and clear boundaries, both internally as self-discipline, and externally on what one is willing to experience or in defining personal space."
(From www.crystalvaults.com/crystal-encyclopedia/amazonite)
I can imagine Steven giving them a surprise visit just seeing them fused and them just explaining that they were shy about it.
lapis + peridot = metal wings
Hourglass Of Time but they don't fuse powers (unlike weapons), they just fuse appearance, like malachite, is not like she had a water helmet
actually, they DO fuse powers. because Ruby and Sapphire have fire and ice, Garnet has electricity. and Alexandrite can breath fire. powers combine. but weapons and powers are different, like, Malachite didnt have a water helmet because thats Jasper's weapon, not jasper's power that is being fused
Hourglass Of Time I kind of imagine water wings with a metal endoskeleton that can shoot out, then regenerate. XD I don't know I just think it would be cool.
Vulture’s (MCU) wings XDDD
Hourglass Of Time No it’s gotta be blood bending
For the laugh, just imagine Papyrus with a snort.
They will have the dorkiest laugh
Me:”my GOoOOooooOD!”
4:54 Lol I’m dying, you had to put that in there 😂 Imagine having the Lapidot fusion fight another fusion like that
Well yeah more like a slap fight

000xyz "what happened between his mom and Pink Diamond" yeah, I got some news for ya XD
@@glitzicurities9075 yeah well i wrote this right after they first aired the episode "mindful education" (or was it "earthlings"? It was one of those two episodes). I didn't have Gallium Garnet to send me to the future and see the truth that ultimately ruined the show for me.

I don't think it would be exactly the name Maybe something more in Stevens personality. He likes burgers more than rainbows. I think
I think it will have the same name by look a lot different to the pearl and Rose quarts fusion l. Like how smokey quarts want sametrical
Cleansing tears and creativity seem to fit this pair perfectly
Amazonite is believed to have a soothing and calming effect.
Hey mate this is really awesome. Thanks so much for using my music as soundtrack :). Again, I'm honoured.

We talked about a Lapis-Peridot fusion with a friend, and she knows stuff about gem's language, and Calcedony is the gem for acceptancy. About accepting pain from the past, and that's exactly what a fusion between Lapis and Peridot represents to me : accepting to be on Earth so they can live together
(I sincerely hope I'm not too late >///< I discovered your channel like 2 days ago)
I would believe either Aventurine or Serpentine
Serpentine is a gem that hollows out other gems and sits inside of the gem shell
Aventurine is green
Zombie Guy nice
;-; this is sad we never got a lapidot fusion
I like to see how strong a Paridot, Jasper and Lapis fusion would be. Might be the strongest we've seen
i think Fluorite is the strongest fusion we've seen
Pink Diamond she's the biggest but we don't know if she's strong at all. she's super slow because of her components so she wouldn't be fast in battle
Pink Diamond love to see her in combat
Malachite is as strong as alexandrine add peridot to the mix must be most powerful
@Bri likes art YT As far as I know that's fanmade
Haven’t we already seen a Larimar? I thought when Steven released Bismuth for the wedding and she was freaking out one of the names she said was “Little Larimar!”
I really wish lapis to come back to earth because I want lapis and peridot to fuse together. 😭
I MISS HER!
ollietube 1999 YESSS 😭

ollietube 1999 We need Lapis to throw the barn into orbit around the sun so Lapis and Peridot can heal from barn syndrome first.

I miss Jasper 😶
I love your rants. And if I ever get my stories out there, i'd love for you to theorize about them.

You know, I've always wondered what the fusion would be between Steven and Garnet, since we've never even seen Rose fuse with her either.

Maybe Rubellite. I’m going off of color here, because Rose Quartz is pink and Garnet is red. Rubellite is pink.

I'm hoping that if it happens, the new fusion's name will be some variant of Jade.
Nope
i feel like the power mixed will make mercury (a type of liquid metal)
Small comment big youtuber
Before I even watch the video, I predict the lapis peridot fusion name will be turquoise the mineral
That would make a lot of sense
Agree I was thinking turquoise as well.
I loved this speculation video!!! I really appreciate how much effort and research you did for this, like all your videos, it definitely shows through :)
I wish they made more episodes with my girl Peridot. And, you know, more episodes in general.
Ya a wish and most the time dont come true
I love you too man!!
Nille Studio I ruined you 100 likes and mad it 101 Dalmatians lol
Lapidot Universe I've found you one again!
I feel like another important thing to mention with this fusion is that it is the terraformer considering the metal and water powers if Home World ever got their hands on her the Crystal Gems would be utterly screwed because seriously it is THE terraforming gem.
Do a steven + pearl fusion
BornpixelStar that would be Rainbow Quartz.
GDFireGaming1 ! Basically lol
Yes, but perhaps in a different look.
8:24 what do you mean? smokies "skin" looks like a mix of purple (amethyst) and pale pink/beige (steven)
I love your different point of view!
I mean, I'd love to see some theories about this stuff too, especially West Africa and South America
Wonder Women right
I have a loose theory based on real world science and a more likely conclusion.
it could be continental drift and seafloor spreading.
I have two ways to counteract this:

“Lapidot fusion powers, personality, name”
Hmm, yes the floor is made of floor
I've always called the lapidot fusion turquoise
I want the Lapis + Peridot fusion to be Azurite. It's a blue/green gem that forms along side Malachite. I like the symbolism of two real world gems that almost exclusively form together being shown as a yin/yang situation for Lapis.
I think that the fusions power would be liquid mercury
I think Chrysocolla might be a good one. It expresses the importance of gentleness over fighting. It also calms and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface. I think since they would probably fuse upon expressing their true feelings for each other, and since they have already helped each other grow (hence inner wisdom) rather nicely, this gemstone would work nicely as their fusion.
Also, storm powers maybe?
That would be interesting!
Oh Hello There.

this fusion would be the biggest troll from the Crewniverse. being unbelievably powerful with all of the epic battle potential, but never actually demonstrating it beyond little teases because her personality doesn't lead her to fight.
I would totally see the crewniverse doing that!^^
I am so gonna buy that shirt
