- A district attorney’s daughter was arrested after becoming aggressive with police investigating an alleged assault. Cops were called to the Days Inn in Las Cruces, New Mexico, to reports of a woman being aggressive to staff. Bodycam captures the argument that follows, as the woman tries to leave despite being told she is not free to do so. After swearing at officers, threatening them, and claiming harassment, she is handcuffed and arrested. #dailymailcrime #crime

Not always is the parents fault. Once kids get to adulthood they can make their own decisions and sometimes they choose to behave the opposite to what they were raised.

How is that horrible policing? She wasn't arrested for the assault, she was arrested for obstruction, battery on a LEO, and her behavior in general when being detained. The arrest was not connected to the reported assault

I see comments below that really go hard on it being bad parenting. My friend has 2 daughters a few years apart, both went to same school, played sports, & basically had a wonderful upbringing with great loving parents. Unfortunately, the younger one has gone down a dark path since she started college last year with adderall & drinking. Parents can only do so much and for this girl to be in a hotel room, there must be some kind of substance abuse going on. Perhaps she too has siblings that are successful so then can you solely blame it on the parents? Best not to assume until you know the whole story- I hope she gets help.
