Thank you! I roll my eyes when people say, “Cali.” I am from La Jolla, San Diego. I have lived in LA and Santa Barbara and Montecito. Plan on moving back to Santa Barbara.
I disagree about In-N-Out being overrated. After all these years, it's still amazing. There's a reason for the long lines all day long, not just at lunch or dinner and I don't think they like smelling exhaust fumes. Anyway, great videos on Santa Barbara and Carpinteria. Keep them coming!
I lived there for over twenty years back in the 80's, 90's and into the new century. I left not long after 911. Sold my condo for over half a mil and bought a house in the Midwest for cash. BEST THING I EVER DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see a lot of influencers and younger people with rich parents helping them afford their rents. Or professional couples sharing a small space. No matter "how hard" you work you cannot live there on minimum wage. Period.
I grew up in Chicago and NYC Moved to California in 2014 1st stop was Los Angeles…… 9 yrs of living in LA , at the end LA is too dirty , too many unstable people, I finally decided to relocate to Santa Barbara , purchased an amazing 1,600 sqft house, yes , I paid more for my property ( an extra 500k ) , for what I get living in SB , the extra 500k is money well spent …… I live in paradise!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊

OMG YES. No one who lives here calls it that.

Another great video bro 💪
What spots have the best views? Going to Santa Barbara few weeks also looking for day trips from there within 2hours of Santa Barbara
Small 1 bedroom apartment is about $3000 per month? Who can afford that! How do people earning minimum wage manage to pay that?
Definitely not cheap but with hard work anything is possible!!

They don't. That's why our homeless population is so large. People share houses with roommates. Or work 3 jobs.
@@jazzyg530 I know what you're saying, but where do people working minimum wage jobs live? Are they homeless?

There are people from CA who say “cali” but it’s definitely ghetto 😂
They must be copying it from the rap song.
