Nice reaction. I don’t think they were humans the whole time. The pov was hallucinating or remembering a past event. Notice how the camera glitches just as her face turns into a human and glitches shima when it turns back.
No they were humans, do you not remember ep 73? And there were humans in the early episodes, so I think humans were doing a experiment and it probably mouth functioned and they turned into cameraman's and woman's.
