That move of Itachi always annoyed each time u entered his tsukiyomi bubble it's almost like it slowed down time and when ur in his bubble he's able to use any move he wants against u because ur in his slow motion like bubble
In Ultimate Ninja 3 the Tsukuyomi mode was more broken because it occupied all the stage, my brother once activated it (it has to be activated with the right ultimate move) against a Kurenia and he beat her before she even touched the ground again, and he activated it when she had almost full health.

@SILMANTV it'd be cool if they added that ability of Itachi's in the new Naruto games as a call back
