I heard once that most of the fundamental judo techniques were developed before the introduction of the Gi. This channel is truly amazing, demonstrating the versatility and power of Judo even to us non-judoka grapplers. Thanks for such awesome work!
When you pull him forward with the 2 on 1 how do you prevent him tripping you backwards as he has his lead leg behind you and his lead arm in front of you. Is it a matter or who is able to do their move better?
Yes? Literally nothing changes. You're not headbutting the floor, you're momentarily putting weight on your head and arms. Won't be pleasant but it won't hurt too bad.
Love the no gi stuff, Shintaro. Thank you!

We need more no gi videos just because they’re more realistic. Great video!

Been meaning to ask. Awhile ago I picked up "The Complete Kano Jiu-Jitsu" authored by Katsukuma Higashi. Is he a relative of yourself/your father?
Forehead on the floor? What if you're on concrete, would you try that shit then?
Yes? Literally nothing changes.

@@dojimanoryu4969 I wouldn't risk it...I'd rather stick with the safer variations of ouch gari
