I definitely feel you on the "self-conscious while drawing outside" thing! Last semester, I took an urban sketching class and it was hard to get used to people looking over my shoulder and asking to see what I was working on. 😅 Your sketch came out super cute though!

@@Hikarahime They are cute, but actually nearly all suffer from inherited illnesses, some of which causing them to have seizures and be in constant pain. This is serious issue with cavaliers. Don't support cavalier breeding by buying one from a breeder.

The watercolor palette looks awesome
Its the best portable one I've ever tried for sure. the pigment is beautiful.
Actually-- I'm no expert by any means-- that's not a watercolor palette. I believe it is a palette of ink pans. Hence the name INKTENSE. They're supposed to act like watercolors, but be more vibrant.
@@emilygrace3526 You're correct, they are ink and more vibrant. They're also made so when you layer a wet colour over a dry colour you don't reactive the dry colour.
I really admire people who can just go outside and draw I tried and went home immediately bc I felt like everyone was judging me.
Same thing with running I wanted to be healthy but went home within 10 minutes bc of people😂😅

The Inktense is actually ink and is permanent once dry! I had a ball with them during InkTober for washes and more. Explore the Inktense more and have fun. Us introverts definitely do not like to leave or known areas. Be safe getting back!

Have tried a couple of times in a cafe nero.
Maybe worth trying with a friend, i found that it takes the pressure of a bit until you get used to it to go yourself without feeling anxious. Hope that helps ☺
pets are really good at sensing our emotions. Your pupper probably saw you were uncomfortable so he came over to help you feel better. once you were okay, he started exploring again. :) Pets are the best!
This was my first Scrawlr Box and BOY was it a great box to get as my first one. 😂 I had been wanting to try watercolor for a while but couldn’t justify buying an expensive palette myself so I’m glad Scrawlr Box made the decision for me.
Can you do a magicfly pen review!!They are used for calligraphy but,it would be good for coloring in random sketches!it it 100 pens for $20-35!!!!!

I understand the self conscious feeling of have a visible camera film for UA-cam. Also, I get the sane thing with a cat. If I'm doing art the show up to purr and knead their paws on my leg or arms. Or the sane when I plan to get up after my art, I hear a mew and poof a cat appears and hops on me. It's rare to get up when that happens, unless potty was the main goal. I love how your drawing and watercolor was turning out as you drew. 🤗❤️👍🏽💯

The dog stepping in the watercolor and then jumping back is my mood
The brown line art also benefits because when you were painting with the watercolors, you added different amounts of brown to each color to prevent focal points. The brown-hued colors and brown line art seem like a good fit to me!

I have cats and during the day they just chill out but when I start drawing...they come and sit in my lap-they wouldn’t do that if I wasn’t drawing...As soon as my attention leaves them they get up in my face...I still love them though ❤️😂

Hey, Rin, I'd like to suggest Prang watercolors. They're really cheap, they're extremely pigmented, and very portable. I've used them for about a year now, and they work great! I'd love to see your opinion on them.
I don't think I say this enough, but I really love your art style. It's totally unique in my opinion. I feel like it captures, or rather extends from, your personality quite well.
Deckled edges come from the paper making process! It's from the paper fibers getting pulled out of the water when it's made. If you compare a deckled edge with a ripped edge they'll look super different!
