- Hello fellow subscribers and new viewers, WELCOME BACK! In this episode, I will share some daily drive experience, some appreciation and gratitude I had with Classic Pajero L149 so far, since back in mid July 2021.
I had constantly loving it and it offered me everything from a hustling, road trips, lifestyle, activities, off to work, challenge, up hills, down hills and etc. It really does give a positive performance and power, for a 33 years old car it is not something to be taken for granted and underestimate, I shall say the least. I have been fortunate enough to not have a major issue with this car. Yaaaaaayyy!
So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video!
Thank you for watching and hit that like and share, let me know what do you think of this episode!
See you guys in the next one! :)

now thats a true keeper. 3 decades and still going strong. a lot of love mustve gone into it.
Mine is 32yrs old, full options, all genuine and in very good condition. If maintained and serviced carefully, it’s a very reliable car. No smoke from the exhaust, not a single fluid leak ever. Always starts whatever. But the most rewarding thing with this car is that all kids wave at you with smile. Better than a Ferrari 👍😁
hi there! that's good to know, and thanks for the sharing btw! that's true, so far i have been driving it and feeling it, it's the best car comes to my mind everytime with a smile. thank you for watching, stay tuned for more upcoming good content! cheers

I have seen one two door few days ago in wonderful condition here in my CITY Islamabad, Pakistan.. 🇵🇰🇵🇰. It's a wonderful car and an experience for life.
I love the Pajero, especially the Pajero V45 2007

I really love the steering wheel. Danggg thats hot! ❤💯🔥
hi there! thank you so much, hey yes the steering wheel is a classic head turner 😉 btw, thank you for watching, i will upload more content and stay tuned
Still my no. 1 car. I would love to have it, but no proper servicing centre in our part of India.
This one is beautifully taken care of. I had a chance to buy a 2 door manual in the US for very cheap, but the guy couldn't/wouldnt get a title. Makes me sad. These are very rare is the US.
It was petrol, but I'd have loved to put a vw diesel in it.
That is very impressive 👍
Mine does 130km
140 is very impressive for how old these cars are
Absolutely beautiful to drive
new obsession unlocked
Happy driving, Pajero 1999 gen 2.5 owner here, Ph
hi there! that's good to know, thanks for sharing! thank you for watching, stay tuned for more great content
Vibes are 🔥💯💥
the real mitsubishi pajero
Amazing
The engine thermostat seems to be faulty. Change it so the engine will behave better and the fuel consumption will improve.
You inspired me to get a pajero...
I enjoyed watching your video. Beautiful place and sceneries. From what country you were?
Ngiler liatnya.
Apparently we have the same car but mine is on manual, gonna do some vid of it soon , greetings from sabah ! , cheers for the same passion

@@nohurriesclub I also drive an 18 year old Mitsubishi Pajero 2004 production. But my car exterior is not as good as yours
My Montero 1990 is also in good overall condition. I'm working on improvements, adding a rear differential lock, changing the shocks. Where did you buy your mirrors?
I have pajero SFX 2.8❤❤

❤️🌹🌹❤️
What steering she use
Why get a Gwagon to flex, buy something that is forever like a pajero. 3 diamond gang forever 💎
I drove in the parked nissan in the back! 33 years wrecked in the same place since anew! No hope to fix up such piece of trash!
Ini dimana ka??
BETTER than pajero sport crap!
Olá..
Sou do Brasil... tenho uma pajero glx-b 97, 2.8 diesel.
ola!
I'm owner Pajero V63000. ❤
Your engine temp is ok? looks very low. Makan diesel lebih
How tall are your crossbars? Is that 5 inch or 7 inch?
This MK1 pajero is a timeless classic and best, classic 4 wheelers have a lot of character, stronger, tough, go anywhere attitude. Huge respect and appreciation to you ma'am for keeping these awesome suvs of an era and enjoying and driving these daily. 👌👌👌👍👍👍
What a beautiful 33 years young this Pajero. This particular Pajero model really reminds me of my childhood memories, where me and my dad and mum used to go travelling back and forth to our kampung. Back then the road in Sarawak was a living hell to drivers. Ours was quite beat up one, and yours looked pretty decent despite her age. By the way, take care and stay safe.
hi there! that's an awesome story, thanks for sharing! it had me feeling like it's a memorable to you and a right/good approach to the car! thank you for watching btw, stay tuned for more upcoming good content! cheers
@@nohurriesclub leaking xbro
Same here 😍 brought back soo many memories from my childhood we used to have a high roof one. Pajero what a classic beauty 🖤
If you look up Hyundai Galloper, they took the exact model from Mitsubishi and was manufactured by Hyundai from 1991 to 2004 for the South Korean domestic market. Back then Hyundai didn't have the skill to make a car from scratch, so they partnered with Nissan and Mitsubishi. Now look how far Hyundai has come.
In a short time S. Korea has done what it took Japan decades to do. Hyundai and Kia have gone from building bottom dollar junk to class leading performance and luxury with nearly unmatched reliability. They’ve out Japaned Japan.
@@failranch9542 you are wrong. All you see from kia and hyundai is just a façade. They pretend to have a line up of suvs but nothing more than subpar crossovers. Quality? Cars that can be stolen with a simple screw driver? They are nothing but disposable cars that people wont notice how crappy they are because they change them before the warranty runs out. Along with hyundai/kia the chinese pile of crap is coming along
@@failranch9542
WHAT???
Are you fukqing completely out of reality?
_“Class leading”?_ That’s two misfires in one phrase.
There’s no any ‘class’ when we’re talking about Hyundai-KIA as a whole, cause there are dozens of classes within their model range.
They are by no means ‘leading’. They are pretty average in every way in every niche they sell.
Their engines for instance are in core old Mitsubishi designs dating back to early 1990-s. Moreover, almost all Hyundai-KIA engines are essentially just two ones-an I4 and a V6 with many varieties.
_“They’ve outjapaned Japan”_ -in order to say this you have to be completely ignorant about automobiles. That is waaay not true.
Get me right: Hyundai-KIA is a good company and they build good cars; also you can declare you like or love, or adore Hyundai-KIA cars, that also is totally fine.
But, man, you texted like a delusioned victim of commercial. 😅
Thats not right were I live...
has formula 1 ever used a korean engine and won like honda? and you say they beat japan?
This model of Pajero is very very reliable and durable. My dad had one before used as a daily for quite a number of years..... and it was one of the best vehicle he owned. Rarely giving problems and cheap to maintain.
Only reason he sold it off in the end was due to no longer being used due to having other vehicles.
I remember when my dad borrowed his friend's pajero and he bring his whole family from KL to Johor. I sat in the back seat and had headache on the whole ride. 😂😂 I miss my dad tbh.
We Sri lankans are crazy about these classic pajeros.there are so many Pajeros in Sri Lanka that are driven daily.
True this!
Hi. I have a Hyundai galloper I think that model is based on MK1 Pajero, my question is; do you know the differential ratio on your Pajero? because with my Galloper I travel 100 km/h at almost 3,000 rpm. I have a 4.875 differential ratio my engine is a 2.5 turbo intercooler, and I noticed that yours goes at 125 km/h at 3,000 rpm. Have you modified something?. Thank you
Pajeros where always an amazing and affordable cars. Sucks that mitsubishi stopped making this and the lancer
My dad has an old Pajero Wagon Diesel Manual 2.5 (year 1992) and are interested to sell. Condition might not be the best but we're willing to let go at a cheap price. The car is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Let me know if anyone of you are interested😁
Best 4x4 ever made. Thank you for take such a good care of it.
Next to g wagen
And Niva 4x4
Is it a diesel?
👍いいね素晴らしいよ。1987年型ミッドルーフワゴンに13年乗ってた。パジェロは素晴らしい車だ。
Good to see an first gen pajero in such good contitions. My father had a new (I think 1987) first gen pajero (turbo diesel) but the 3 door one. Was running strong with over 400k km on the clock till about 2006 when it was replaced with a third gen pajero (and two years later with a fourth gen pajero) because of massive amount of rust. Still was a great car and always loved the "boxy" retro look of it especially with the big bull bar in the front, auxiliary headlights on the bull bar and hood and the two tone (black and gray/silver) paint. Sadly I was not able to drive that car because I got my license not until a couple years later.
I hope to see more videos with the pajero in the future and love the camping stuff with it 👍
hi there! that's awesome! wow, i found myself going through lines by lines and re-read this again because there's alot of pajero going on haha.. anyway great story, love to know more.. so, you are able to drive it now though right?..thank you for watching and really appreciate the feedback! :) sure, i will keep them videos coming and stay tuned for more upcoming good content!
@@nohurriesclub I've only driven the fourth gen pajero. Sadly never the first gen. But the fourth gen was still fun to drive and is a great offroad car :)
We have a 1993 4D56T Full (manual) in the family that we brought from the first owner in 2002, it's been our daily ever since. A total joy to drive. It's a pretty rare car here in our country which makes the cool factor even bigger :))
I miss my dad's diesel-thirsty Pajero.
Nice, lols I can’t even go beyond pass 100kmh on my Pajero cause it’s a non turbo diesel, but still reliable and almost hitting 600k km on the odometer and still going strong 💪🏽
hi there! ooh cools, you own one too! i was once in the same situation as you. was stucked in 3rd gear and couldn't switch to 4th gear. but after i know what's really going on, went to mechanic and stuff he advised it's gearbox wiring issue. so far it has been great since then.. capable, comfortable and confidence on high speed.. thank you for watching and really appreciate. stay tuned for more upcoming good content!
@@nohurriesclub, just recently installed an electronic fuel pump for an increase performance, engine much smoother and quieter, anyways looking forward to the next content, cheers
that last laugh is so cute 😂😍
Pajero LG049 A very good classical in outlook I have one of them 1990 turbo diesel
hi there! wow, that's good to know thanks for sharing! yep, it sure is a classic and timeless. thank you for watching, stay tuned for more
😍
My dad had one and I learned how to drive a manual car in it but it was stolen 😭. It was a diesel 2.5 and it was used by Jabatan Hutan before we got it so it was dark blue and it had all the Jabatan Hutan decals still on it. Every time we went into the jungle, people would run 😂 Fun times. Really loved the way it looked and felt when driving. Hope to buy one again someday ❤
Greetings from Australia. This is definetely a piece of art. I love this model so much. Has so much character. I couldn't believe it when I saw the mileage in that condition. Safe travels and loving the content :)
Brings me back to the 80's.
Your driving a time capsule.
Enjoy watching it.
I have this same model, same colour and same condition... absolutely love it.
Got an '85 2.5 petrol manual 3 door that I thought as in good conditions, but then I changed my mind after looking at yours! Amazing car you got!
My 35years old pajero Drive up to 170+km/h
hi there! that's awesome, enjoy the drive and drive safe! and thank you for watching btw, there's a new MK1 content uploaded happy watching! and stay tuned for more upcoming good content! cheers
How many inches you lift up your body pajero?
Same question
hi there! thank you so much for the lovely and thoughtful compliments, i really appreciate it :) to answer you so far no i didn't lift it. thank you for watching, stay tuned for more upcoming good content! cheers
4x4 cars is very usefull...I also use a Landcruiser 80 since i bought it in 1998 until now..."classic car is a new modern car"
Hi and greetings from Penang! I just bought v31 model last year and running good. Love watching your video. Keep it update!
hi there! i just back from Penang and honestly i love Penang. wow that's cool, v31 that's a great type! thank you so much, appreciate the thoughtful comment. thank you for watching btw, sure and stay tuned for more upcoming good content! cheers
Great car, Great Lady.....🙏👏👏👏
hi there! thank you so much and thank you for watching, stay tuned for more upcoming good content! cheers
What a Gr8 video... Gr8 car, Gr8 editing, Gr8 music, Gr8 locations, Gr8 Coffee, cool friends that's Gr8 too!!!
0:14 mannnn T-T
Old Pajeros are the best. I view it as more affordable alternative to land cruiser prado. You have to put back your thermostat on tho
Beautiful machine. Also drive 34 year old 4x4 and 46 year old motorcycle. I just wish we show the anxiety about owning and drive old machines. Is clutch cable about to brake and leave you stranded. How about that weird sound that suddenly pops out? Is it valves, chains, rocks? I know this is a melancholy sweet kind of video and well done. Owning old machines requires patients and strong mental response. Good on you for owning and maintaining old stuff.
Greetings from Phil.. Great Car.. I have one also 1989 Local 4x4 Pajero, I used it everytime I go to my farm..
hi there cheers! wow right on to the farm! that's cool, thanks for sharing :) thank you for watching, stay tuned for more upcoming good content!
Mine is Triton, almost 12 years with 370K++ KM, still running good.
Love everything about it. Except for the mileage.
It's a lousy box. If you don't live on a farm, stop wasting fuel.
갤로퍼인줄 알고 들어왔는데 원본차량이군요 I thought it was a galloper, but it's the original
600+ km damn that fu***ing 4D56!!!..billet block!..
what happened to Mitsubishi. They used to make wonderful vehicle and now, they are making some of the worst economy cars
Love this , I still dream about my Pajero SWB which was my first car .
Nice a Pajee! My greetings from Ukraine. But it seem to me you have some issues with engine temperature. While driving 140 km/h on dashboard engine temp almost cold. My doubts - thermostat.
Unfortunately my Indian government won't allow us to drive this old vehicle. Illiterate politicians bringing 3rd class policies only please themselves. In India Diesel and petrol car's life expectancy is only 10 and 15 years respectively. 😢
What is the paint code of this gen 1 pajero
I wish I knew too
The way your videos comfort me❤
My country timezone aren’t the same. I just finished watching your video all over again whole day haha but where are the captions in this I’m missing reading it.. I see that you’re smart. Wish that you could’ve posted more regularly as well your channel is good. I think society need to recognize more quality people like you, rather than most so called influencer that I don’t know how and why they presented themselves in unthinkable way. Keep up the great content, look forward meeting you when I’m touchdown Malaysia.
hi there! omg this is actual nut comment but like in good way. by all means, it's long, it;s good and clearly it says what it is. anyway, it's also good to just gotta let them be them haha.. having to know that you're watching my video all again, thank you appreciate that! really appreciate the compliment though! :) i will keep them content coming, stay tuned! oh yea i guess, i will see you around.
I am older than your car!!! That fact makes me both happy and sad.
Happy that your car is still running after all these years.
Sad that I am that old
was traveling a lot in underdeveloped countries and only the old Toyota Landcruiser and Mitsubishi Pajero survive the broken roads, the lousy fuel and the non-existent service points
I have 1989 l049 pajero, but still dont know the difference between the l049 and the l149.
They don't make cars like that anymore. Now we have electricians instead of mechanics making our cars
