They all are talking about Italian, mexican and Indian. The truth is that no cousine comes closer to Mughlai Cousine. Dishes like Biryani, Tikka, Seekh Kebabs, Shaami Kebabs, Galauti Kebabs, Pasanda Kebab, Nihari, Stew, Paya Dal gosht, Mutton Bhuna, Pasanda and all Mutton curries were the foods of Royals.

Why I don't see any cuisine from Africa
As I was watching this, I was thinking why is Chinese food not in the top four. then French food comes up with images of french fries being dipped in ketchup and a a hamburger. This confirms you have no idea what you are talking about. next you will be saying is Pineapple on a pizza is an Italian dish.

Indian food isn't just North & South Indian. East (especially North-East) Indian food and West Indian food are way different. North- East Indian cuisines consisting of diverse cuisines from all the 8 states in the Northeast Indian region are some of the best in entire India even though underrated.
I hate that the North East is generally overlooked when talking about India, it is is one of the most important parts historically and well I myself have not travelled to it but soon, do you recommend any dishes

There are many food cultures which got ignorance because of North Indian food.I just forget how our cultural food were because of certain culture.There is curiousity in brain to try every cuisine apart of North Indian.And I never seen north and central indian people to take interest in other food culture like ASMR videos about other delicies.
As a Mexican I will always choose that but if I had to choose something else I would go with Indian food and Japanese being a close second.

I love Indian food the most as it's soo flavourful and as a vegetarian India has so many veg food/recipes and it is all so good even without meat
India is so diverse that almost each of 28 states and 9 union territories have a different variety of food . I think if anyone making a video on Indian cuisine , it should consider every major of them .
For e.g.. North-eastern variety , typical Rajasthanj , Gujrati , Hyderabadi & Muradabadi Biryani and a whole lot of them.

I think it's generous to make it into the top ten, but its poor reputation is really undeserved. And we definitely don't have that saying. I have a British cookbook that's nearly 500 pages long, comprising only iconic British dishes.

I wouldn't lump Middle Eastern food; they're all very diverse and actually pretty different from each other. Persian food for instance is very different than anything else Middle Eastern.

I think it is not correct to write cuisines as countries. Because the cuisines of the neighboring countries are similar, as are their cultures. I myself see the Middle East and the Mediterranean as the best cuisine. My home country Turkey is mainly a mixture of these two cuisines.
Spanish, Portuguese, Argentina, Uruguai, Brasil, USA, and Japanese are the best.
Mexican, French, Italian, Indian....etc...are good but overated.
