I have Achalasia Cardia since childhood.
I was considering to opt for PerOral Endoscopic Myotomy ( POEM ) first but had surgery Heller Myotomy ( HM ) in April 2019 and still going So Awesome.
I'm not a doctor or medical student but a survivor since childhood.

Yes, you know very well, keep caring your husband, fat free, oil free, masala free items are great, serve him good nutritious food. It would be better to ask the surgeon or dietician.

@@Khaani-i3 I can't much guide you, because this is not the case of Achalasia Cardia.
You should first accept the problems you are struggling with, then research and make your mind ready to face that with required knowledge and research, go to solutions and management, try to walk on the path that your life is giving to you. Keep being patient and confident without being sad and hopeless. Remember one thing that, YOU CAN DO IT!

Black tea is better than coffee or milk tea, ginger will make that more better.

Swallowing problem ke kayi reasons hain, zaroori nahi ki Achalasia hi ho. Bina medical checkup and reports ke koi doctor bhi kuch nahi batata hai isliye sirf itne me main kuch keh nahi sakta hoon. Aap Gastroenterologist ko dikhaiye.

1 and half year I suffer sitill now,,when I eating any food then I doing vomiting,,,my food don't go my stomach,,,even I don't eating water,,,when I eat water then the water reflix vomiting,,,when I eating food then my food gola , chest and oesophages atke jay ,,my food does not move osephogas form my stomach,,,i test endoscopy and other blood and ex re test but all are test normal,,,my weight was 72 kg but now my weight is 47 kg .I lost my weight 30 kg 7 or 8th month different,,,I can't sleep at night,,when I sleep then my head back side huge sound,,,..now what I do,,or what other test diagnosis my dises,,I think I suffer from achalasia,,but doctor don't daiganosis my real dises,,plz you tell me something and advise
Sometimes Endoscopy doesn't help doctor in diagnosis, my advice is, you go for barium swallow test and also show me your all medical reports on

Acidity due to bad food habit, Eating fastly, eating more than 4 times day, Drinking less water, ....and some people have herridatory issues of Gerd and acidity...
Workoholicness and stressful working might cause the achalsia...
