The algorithm spit out this video for me and I’m so glad. I also love knitting for my personal peace, altho I’m only a year or so into my knitting journey. I’m a longtime crocheter but I’ve always wanted to knit socks and so now I’ve knit 4 pairs and just love doing it! I’m super impressed by all your FOs! I always have a few crochet and knit WIPs going. Currently I’m sitting on my back porch in Illinois USA crocheting Midsummer Night’s Dream by Svetlana Rogatykh in various colours of Hobbii Rainbow 8/4 cotton.
Thank you so much! Knitting really does soothe my soul. All the FO's just mean that I am procrastinating on a lot of other things I should be doing... Happy knitting and I hope your back porch is as relaxing as my front porch is.
Thank you Lucyanne for putting yourself out there for all of us introverts. You are a natural you tuber. Your podcast just popped up so am being watching your episodes. Always enjoy watching Canadian knitters. I knit and crochet. Mostly a sweater knitter but hoping to knit one of those musslebourg hats. Ray at "needles at the ready" has made a bunch of them. He makes one half one colour and the other half a complimentary colour so you just turn them in side out to go with your mood. Sharon thanks for the kind words. I love knitting Musselburgh Hats- after the first few rows they are perfect car and purse knitting. I enjoy Needles at the Ready as well- I get a lot of inspiration from them for knitting for the guys in my life.
I heard about your podcast from Sylvie and Robin of Grumpy Sheep Happy Llama. Glad to follow another Ontario podcast. I also follow the Crazy Sock Lady and knit 15 pairs of socks this year.
