@dylanburston7453 Which brings us to our next point, Oscar has nevet taken a pole. How you gonna predict someone as a number one driver if he can't even get a pole in the fastest car? Let alone manage his tyres past the 10th lap. Oscar is a great driver with great potential, and if a calendar was made up of 14 low grip, low deg tracks - Oscar would already be a WC. But sadly, there are 24 races with mostly tracks that are high deg with more than just 20 laps, so he's got a long way to go before he can beat Lando CONSISTENTLY for more than 7-8 races...
Not with the FIA enforcing the flexwing ban (both front and rear) that has existed since 21 and should have been enforced this season as well. They will be pegged back, Max will be champion once again.
Momentum doesn't exist in F1 exept for acceleration forces. The Red Bull will be at least decent so Max runs away with his fifth. The constructors will be between the ex flexi wing teams i.e. McLaren, Ferrari and Mercedes.
I have an inkling that 2024 was as close as Norris will ever come to a drivers' championship... and his interview in Abu Dhabi didn't exactly inspire confidence ("Me and the team weren't mentally ready for a title challenge."). Following F1 for well over five decades, never ever have I heard a driver lamenting his lack of "mental readiness", pathetic doesn't even come close. And Mercedes, finally having shed the ballast that was SLH (Shelf Life Hamilton), will not be embarrassed by that pesky Bahraini customer team again.
McLaren, nah. Piastri, possibly. Norris is as intimidating/dangerous as a chihuahua. If Oscar isn’t capable of going for the championship in 2025, it’ll be either Lewis, Charles or George that’ll be going for the championship against Max.
Piastri can barely get near Norris and you think he could threaten Max, Charles or Lewis?? He was battered as badly as some of the worst drivers on the grid last year but gets a pass because he was a rookie last year.
@ okay, Norris is definitely better at the moment, but calling piastri bad in any way is absolutely crazy considering how good he was this year. It’s his second season and he’s won two races in superb fashion. Yes he can threaten them, because he has beaten them all multiple times
I agree but they will favor Lando for his history in the team I think that they will lose him if they favor Oscar and they want both Oscar and lando in the car because they are both to be champions but lando is more experienced and has more pace and manages the tyres better then Oscar so even if it comes down to them both I think lando will come out on top a lot can happen over the break maybe Oscar can put it on pole for the first time but lando was the only McLaren to put it on pole even when they were doing there 2 number 1’s, papaya rules type thing.
@paulwierbicki9586 Idk. I mean, Lando is faster and far more consistent but Oscar is extremely talented and yk what's the point of starting on pole when you can be like Charles in Abu Dhabi or Max in Sao Paulo this year... and I think there is also a slight possibility they might favor Oscar with his current progression even though Lando's been a part of the team longer, just like ferrari will do to Charles with Lewis. Its gon be real Wild
@@mustafashulqamy1844 Faster? Extremely talented? We're talking about two drivers who arguably had the best car at their disposal ever since Miami and yet both have failed to put as much as a dent in Verstappen's lead in the remaining 19 races. This just isn't good enough.
@@aoife1122 not fastest since Miami. It was during Hungary when they achieved a 1-2. also you seem to forget that Ferrari and Mercedes was just as fast if not the fastest during the 2nd half of the season. just because Lando gapped everybody by 20+ seconds during Netherlands and Singapore doesn't mean they were fastest all season long
@Renz7737 You don't randomly get 8 poles though. And yes I think Oscar is extremely talented, look at Spa, Qatar, Baku, Monaco, Austria, Monza, and Singapore (I'm talking about Oscar)
I think they are in with a great shot given the general focus on 2026 but I think their pitwall is too weak with their "Papaya" rules. Nico Rosberg still had to convince Zak Brown to clearly state to his team in Abu Dhabi, don't f8ck things up at the start like they did at Monza where they handed the race to Ferrari and failed to take advantage of Red-Bull's and Verstappen's sub standard pace. The WDC winner will be probably which team focus on their #1 driver earliest. If Lewis struggles early on, but Ferrari are still strong, Leclerc could be in with a great chance as McLaren will be too keen not to upset Oscar. However if Oscar is well off the pace again, it may make the decision a lot easier/
As severely depressed like your good old self... but losing Carlito was a bad move. I sincerely doubt that SLH still has what it takes. Carlos was my hope to bring glory to Ferrari again... look at Ferrari's "recent" world champions. Niki Lauda, Jody Scheckter, Michael Schumacher, Kimi Räikkönen, all drivers of the ruthless, level-headed, "smooth operator" variety, Then we have the crazy fast yahoos like Jacky Ickx, Gilles Villeneuve, Jean Alesi, Sharl Leclerc.. all beloved by the Tifosi, and rightly so, but they never really "cut the mustard" when it came to winning championships,
Dangerous in a good way or bad? I am looking forward to hopefully great F1 season next year. Lando doesn't have not the correct mindset yet. And Piastri has but the strong drive yet his driving is not.
McLaren are apparently going “bold” with their 2025 car design so IF (emphasis on the “if” LOL) they get it wrong then Ferrari will win the championship
They seem to understand their car very well, so I’d be surprised if they suddenly took their car in the wrong direction. I hope they’re going “bold” because they recognise that 2025 will be their best chance to fight for a WDC, and they need to get off the starting blocks ahead of the rest of the grid in Australia.
F1 2025, The Ferrari vs McLaren War 🏎️
never count out max somehow wheeling that red bull into the mix
I hope 2026 can see Williams get back up with Sainz too
2007/2008 remix without the cheating scandals hopefully
@@TeiganskiIf Redbull don’t sort out that car’s problems next year, not even Max will drag that car to podiums and wins.
I’m calling it now, 2025 will be a 2021 repeat
2025 is gonna be a standout year especially since these regs are coming to an end
ferrai guys v mclaren guys v max.
Next season of DTS is gonna consist of 2 parts for sure.
too much action this year, but imagine next year
Yeah, rename the team to Max Bull at this point
Mclaren have the best car, Red bull have the best driver, and ferrari have the best lineup. Gonna be so close between them!
This must be the best summary for next year i have seen so far 👏👏👏
you never know ferrari could have the best car as well since mclaren havent capitalised off their advantage
McLaren is gonna have fiesty battle next season amongst themselfs Piastri will try to take that num 1 spot in Mclaren for sure
Nah, Lando still got lightyears on Piastri. Proved it in the closing rounds of 2024, as well as that 20-4 Quali h2h.
@@bill4665 Quali h2h dont mean much if you end up 4th b4 turn 1 every time you start on pole

Piastri is gonna get leashed like a dog again next year😭😭😭
Piastri will have to be a bit faster if he wants to bother Lando's position in McLaren
Mclaren may be dangerous but Cheles Leclerc is most championship ready now
we saw the battle for constructors championship go down the wire. I think its gonna be McLaren vs Ferrari in '25 and I'm so hyped for it!!!
McLaren still carried momentum at the end of 2024 and with their sure footed introduction of updates have to be favourites but it will be close.
It'll be ferrari!
I would say Lando already overcame the start issues. Abu Dhabi was flawless
I think we need more proof than one race lol
Nonsense.

You lot been saying that since 2007

Yeah yeah yeah… we’ve heard that from you before!
What is that song on the intro?

I’m still here mate!! Thanks for watching 😄
@MadeByPerspective love to watch, you make good content my friend ✌️
McL will have nothing going for them. They will lose spectacularly. Oscar will leave for Red Bull.
Hate to be that guy, but anyone know the name of the song in the intro?
