- Alastor playlist that consists of music that he would probably listen while he was alive. This idea came to me when I was listening to random Alastor playlists on youtube and realized that most of the just used modern songs which are trying to sound like old music. And when some actual old music is used it is usually from 50s/60s.
I have nothing against those playlists, but as far as I know Alastor hates "new technology" past 1930s, so I don't think he would enjoy electronic music very much.
So, I present to you Historically accurate Alastor playlist :
0:00 - Puttin' On The Ritz
2:34 - Forty Second Street
5:32 - My Woman
8:42 - If I Had a Talking Picture of You
11:58 - Anytime, Any Day, Anywhere
14:55 - Five Foot Two, Eyes of Blue
17:52 - Say It Isn’t So
21:27 - All Alone
24:07 - Livin' in the Sunlight
26:59 - Maine Stein Song
30:13 - Was it a Dream?
33:35 - Carrie
36:37 - Romance
39:29 - Exactly Like You
42:26 - You Didn't Have To Tell Me
45:15 - The Best Things In Life Are Free
48:33 - Ain’t Misbehavin’

Sorry for the bad quality, original video had good quality, but when I uploaded it, youtube somehow compressed to 360p idk why.
Consider also checking this album I made :

BRUH I KNEW THIS WAS GONNA BE GOOD THE MOMENT I HEARD THOSE FIRST ROARING TRUMPETS
If I Had A Picture Of You sounds so much like Alastor, it's kinda scary💀
about TIME
a majority of alastor playlists ive seen havent been very period/character accurate and im glad someone actually did it
Thank you for making an accurate playlist for Alastor. Im tired of either hearing rap songs from now a days that are slightest bit edgy and it suddenly fits alastor or phantom by natewantstobattle.
FINALY! REAL ALASTOR PLAYLIST, NOT CONTAINING ONLY MODERN MUSIC! I'm having an amazing time with this!
I imagine that older people enjoy this more than most of the younger generations because this is the kind of music they grew up with
I'm only 17 but I like oldies music a bit💛
FINALLY!! a playlist with older music and realistic
It's strange how I feel almost homesick listening to this playlist ❤
Bruh same
Tis the power of such old music!
Nostalgic for a time we never knew
love this and i would love if the show got more people into 1920s-1930s music through interest in Alastor. It's so underrated and I don't think most people ever even hear any
In general the show itself is WAY not taking enough advantage of its having this many characters that are from various times in history.
I got into it bc of Al and I bet I’m not the only one
The first song is now my favorite aaaaaaaaa-
who else didn't read the title thinking this is Smile Like You Mean It, then clicked it and found out what it was just to put on loop and listen to it instead because it is way better or is that just me?
P.S. best playlist ever!
Not going to lie. That's me right now on my 2nd round
@3:59 “Little Nifty’s, from the 50’s, innocent and sweet” is this where Nifty’s name came from!?!?!😮
She moat definitely ain't innocent and sweet tho😭😭
@@cosmon_thelilalien I just thought since she is Canonically from the 50’s when alive, and upon first glance, she is small and cute, the name could have come from this phrase.
I thought this was just going to be a compilation of Alastor fan songs. I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice job on finding all of these. It's weird how all of these vaguely sound like him.
Feels like all of the people from that time period sounded the same.
33:45 - I’ve listened to a lot of Billy Murray songs and I never realized how similar he and Alastor sound. 😮
Though most of his recordings, including this one, predate broadcast radio by a few years. KDKA became the first certified commercial radio station in 1920.
oh i am VIBING
YIPPEE CANON ALASTOR PLAYLIST
I"VE BEEN LOOKING FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR AGES! thank you so much 🙏

i made my own alastor playlist and it was always the ones from the 20s to the 30s (some that were released after 1933). some jack hylton songs, al bowlly, bing crosby, benny goodman's music, american quartet's moonlight bay (my most favorite), five foot two, and doin the uptown london
this playlist is making me discover more music!
@@s___akura Jack Hylton has some great ones. One of my favourites from him is "It all depends on you (Jack Hylton and Johnstone). Also Russ Morgan and Paul Whiteman are great.
Good music, my dear young Fellow! Haha, better than MOST in the last eighty or so years, i'd say! Brava, well done that fella, haha!
It's been like 4 years while I've waited for a perfect playlist like this 😭 thank you my friend 👍
I feel like Alastor would really like Annette Hanshaw. Not exactly his vibe, but I think he'd enjoy her voice!
Oh. My. Gods. Pardon me, ladies, gentlemen, friends all; I do believe I'll have to excuse myself so I can swoon in relative peace... 💖💖💖💖
YEASSSS i love old music,, thank you for making this! >:D

Oh this is perfect!!! I Love This!!!!
5:41 So that's where the tune for All that glitters - Earl comes from . . .
I needed it so much, it's amazing!!!!❤❤
*No "Minnie the Moocher"?*

Have you ever read "The Taxidermist" in AO3?
This playlist reminds me that fic. 😘
No, I haven't read that. What is AO3?
@@artsystuffhere omg, seriously?
AO3 Is one of the most biggest plataforms to read/write fanfiction
Like Wattpad, but better, i guess
..
Theres a insane amount of HB/HH content there, actually
Good luck! uwu
@@victorialopezpilardesantia6563 yeah xD... Well, that's mainly because my brain just considers most social media sites as either waste of time or even harmful. Only ones I use are UA-cam and Discord. And only reason I ever created a Twitter account was to check on Helluva Boss updates xD, and I eventually just stopped using it all together.
@@artsystuffhere AO3 is short for Archive Of Our Own. Fantastic platform for reading and/or posting fanfic, there are tons of fandoms on there, HH and HB are just the tip of the iceberg. I highly encourage you to check it out (and I'm not even saying that to promote fanfic of my own, I don't even have any on there)!
HÆÆÆ- I love this already
Theys songs sound pretty nice
can anyone tell me where to find this version of fourty second street? i can't find it anywhere :(
edit: nvm i found it!
Is it on spotify? I loved the playlist here
Damn, finally!!!!!
Alastor lived from 1893-1933 he was 40 years old
Thanks, is there some official source to that information? I wasn't able to find an official date of birth when I was making the video.
from the sources I know, Alastor died in the early 30's and he was 33 years old
@@nicholeeriksson7355 I put (1890s/1900s) there because most sources I looked through stated that he died in 1933 but there is no confirmed age. So, if we are going to assume he was in his 30s or early 40s that would put his birth date around that time. I didn't want to just make up some arbitrary number so I put the 1890s/1900s there because it just isn't officially known
so show
I dont like hazbin hotel because well its kinda just not good (dont come for me) but this is a good playlist of those twangy 20s and 30s
FINALLY THANK YOU
