What about lead batteries for goal zero? Are they worth it in 2020?
@@nickwing6194 I've worked doing everything from transporting junk car batteries to the smelter, to operating the furnace to melt them, to making car batteries. Until we get better recycling technology to properly handle cadmium or lithium from raw raw material, to finished product, to recycling back to the beginning; lead is currently the most environmentally friendly. The biggest problem with lead is the big corporations that find it cheaper to pay fines than to safely handle the lead.
I tried looking for the Suaoki Ares generator, but they ran out.

Last one the Delta hands down, it can charge an electric car an extra 7.5 miles and I'm sure some like that Nissan Leaf 10 miles plus only weighs 30 pounds.

The noise level is really only noticeable when running the AC and other appliances like the microwave, hair dryer, or coffee pot. It’s not huge like other ones and it has wheels so even at 90lbs, I can move it!

I've just bought a GOAL ZERO Yeti 200x and i've some problems with it.
First, after a full charge using solar panel or AC plug, it shows 100%. When unplugged and switch off 1 day, the battery had drained to less than 80%. So, it is not reliable.
Second, when using it with a very low consumption device as a USB led lamp, it drains the battery very quickly : from 100% to 95% in 30 minutes. We are far from the official description.
Last but not least is about the 8 mm connector on the back (power input). End users must know that GOAL ZERO YETI 200 use proprietary connector 8mm for solar pannel and power supply block. This is really a problem that makes customers captive. Not fair at all.
I also bought a foldable 100W solar panel : The cable from solar panel is very short and the price of the extension cable is super expensive and the product is impossible to find in many countries. So, product's price + shipping is too much...
GOAL ZERO products are overpriced and keep customer in a captive market because of connectors.

You call this a list of the ten best?🤣🤣🤣. I’m glad I look a real world testing for these. This was the ten fanciest promos, and nothing more. Every one of these shown has failed real world testing in one category or another, i.e.:
1. Non-regulated 12V output
2. Does not handle claimed surge output
3. Does not charge at advertised input capacity/speed
4. Does not meet expected output efficiency.

@@angelsuniverse6021 of those from this video, the Jackery is the best. In what I've seen of real world testing, its got the best stats. Only thing missing is that the 12v output isn't regulated. The one I wanted on Amazon is no longer available for now (Autogen 500wh). Regulated output, MPPT controller, and no fan so it's quite. The alternative I'm currently looking at is the Awanfi 505wh. I'm still waiting on an answer about the 12v output, but it does everything else I want.
So which one is the best one? 🙄
