Is it just me or is the math not mathing. What is 0.4lbs/sqm? Is that a typo because it doesn't seem to match the 4kg/m2 figure

4 kilo per sq m sounds more like it -- I checked other panels specs.

⁠@@runcycleskixc that's sounds pretty heavy but I guess it's heavy duty stuff, they have the paper honeycomb for the light duty stuff

Panels rated at 1.7 tons and 25 mm thick that I saw were about 7 kilo per m2. I believe they need to have very dense cells, similar to one shown here. By eye looks abt 3 mm cells.skins are usually 0.8...1mm thick. A solid block of Alu 25 x 1000 x 1000 would be 67.5 kg if my math is right.

If you boxed in the edges with thick aluminum flat bar it would increase it's strength. Great product!

Can somebody give me some applications where this would be used? Wouldn't imagine it's used for RV walls lol some aerospace parts? Aircraft wing ribs?
