@@TranceHeed we still like 1 for some of the pads, but when it comes to leads and plucks and basses, #2 is our favorite. Pairing sounds from both banks in tunes seems to work very well
You may also find that pairing each of those synths of yours will yield great musical results The Mininova does classic JP8000-style leads super well, and paired with the majestic and shimmering Blofeld pads, and the nice tight basses the Blo can do, they make a very effective team in a song!
@@KulshanStudios brilliant, I’ve been loving them both. I have also recently bought a JP-8000 from eBay lol. I’ve not touched that yet though. Afraid I’d neglect the other two if I did it just now. I may buy your JP soundset too. See how I get on with what came with it.
Kulshan Studios can’t wait to check them soon. Here’s what I used to do, some gnarly drum and bass on the ms20 mini that I used to own👌✨ instagram.com/tv/CI07dwkjOSa/?igshid=1vhwcwvkwuhhx Nice job working on those sounsets, you are doing great!!!🤙💙
@@Mandy-Lane the Mininova does indeed sound great. It tends to have more of a classic sound (similar to a JP8000) in line with artists like ATB, Beam & Yanou, DJ Manian, and Andy Hunter The Blofeld can do classic vibes, but I find its character much more distinctive, and trending a bit more on the modern. Dawnchaser used it almost exclusively on a remix he did for Wavetraxx that's coming out soon, but that remix was written with more of a modern melodic techno with some epic trance vibes than as a classic trance-oriented tune So both are great-sounding, worthwhile synths. It's just a matter of which timbre you're most after for your music
Still love this set great tunes
This continues to be a fave of ours
We may even find enough fresh material to make a 3rd sequel as well, someday soon!
What a chill out song
I recently bought a mininova and your sound set. But this blows it away. Think it may be my next purchase.
Make sure to check out Elevate 2 as well! That was one of our fave soundsets to design on the Blofeld!
@@KulshanStudios Yeh that’s even better than 1 imo haha.

bought it today, real nice supersaws. it goes really well with nice reverb
It's a secret super synth for sure - we're doing a Drum & Bass bank next, so we can showcase some crazy reese basses 😈
And let us know whenever you post up any music using these sounds! We always love to hear what folks are doing with them!
@@KulshanStudios that's sickkkk! i will soon i hope :)))
@@cayetanotruyolsmartinez7943 it's next on our list after we finish the TI2 Psytrance soundset!

what would you recommend .. a waldorf blofeld for trance or a mininova?
How 'classic' of a sound are you after for your music?
@@KulshanStudios that is hard to answer.. but i plan on buy mininova because i strongly believe hardware has better sound than plugins.

JP 8000 better
We have soundsets for that too!
