This is so catchy. I honestly get this stuck in my head. Way to go TARC. I really love the handlebar dance at 0:16. Going to try it out at the dance club.
I have 1 MAJOR critique tho.In an instructional(this is more inspirational than instructional) video which is what it is labeled at the start. They should B sure the rack is used properly or else it defeats the entire purpose.(arm goes on front wheel) I counted 3 times where the bicycle was not loaded properly. @ :50 secs, again @ :58, then @ 1:02 into the video they had the bicycle backwards.A bike loaded like that on the freeway at 60mph hitting a pothole,is a major accident waiting to happen.
wow this a good promotion tactic to advertise the rapper!!! lol if everybody found out this was the way to get in the music industry ppl would start makin video's 4 their local transit agencies
So help me out here...could someone explain to me, or sing to me...how to properly secure my bike so that it doesn't fall off? I'd kind of like to NOT have to figure it out on the fly.
I blame the Raleigh government folks, they also have Parkour videos showing how cool it is to ride the bus because it is a hip action sport that doesn't destroy the environment like a nasty old skateboarder does.
Not exactly what I was expecting for an instructional video. Turned out not to matter though. Once I studied the time tables. It was actually faster to just ride where I was going than to try to throw the bike on a bus. With the bus it was close to a 3 hour trip. On bike alone it took me 45 minutes.
Yea buses aren't great for all routes. My town's got a river running next to it so I've got a choice of a 2+ hour bus ride to a hub and then to my college, or a 20 minute drive. I'd love to bike it but the only bridge that isn't a freeway would take over an hour, and it's all significantly uphill
The quick pans and fades in the video don't give enough detail on how to actually do the process. Probably made for entertainment anyway. I'll look elsewhere..
Rapping about riding the bus...*sigh* Yes, can't you tell it's Louisville? Otta throw some D's on them buses, ya know? Have 'em bouncin' with some hydraulics in the background. That would be loltastic...
So it is a rap video because everyone who rides a bus is urban, poor, and black. And therefore, we must assume that they are also stupid, cannot follow instructions, and must make a blatantly racist video in the "cultural context which they understand". Wow, and we wonder why people give government employees that help consultants make this crap are hated by pretty much everyone.
Truly one of the videos of all time.
(Full disclosure: I live in Louisville and ride TARC very often, I just found this channel and video.)
One of the all-time classics

We do not have an extended version of the song, but we are glad you like it.

They don't allow bike on bus but gives no alternative...
My Auntie un jasmine in the video
i loves me some bus.
This is the most awful thing I've ever seen.
"Then you're done, then you're done..."
Brilliant!
This vid has been snobbed!

This song makes me feel good that I'm a car owner.

The music's not to my taste but I wish the assholes running the buses in the UK would latch onto the idea of cycle racks.
Lol
